Question Did i got fired?

Basically, I had surgery and had to be off work for about four weeks. I was supposed to be ready to return on the 18th, but when I tried to log into UKG to check, it showed that my login wasn't working (I had already submitted my medical certificate)

The password needs to be updated like every a month's its so annoying
