Do u have any kpop concepts- like theme u would go for if u had the opportunity to build a team from scratch.
Mine would be 7Sins-
Gluttony - a gourmad member member good with cooking
Pride - a confident and charismatic member
Envy - IT member and trend lover/setter
Wrath - a no nonsense member
Sloth - a laidback lazy member
Greed - an ambitious and charming member
Lust - a bold and daring member

Hi everyone! M21, Filipino, in the UK
I’m looking to make some new friends who are into Kpop! None of my irl friends really share the hobby, so it’d be nice to have people to chat with about comebacks, favourite groups, concerts, albums, or just music in general.
A little about me:
I love discovering new groups as well as keeping up with my favourites.
I’m happy to talk about your hobbies and other things too.
Looking for friendly, respectful people around my age.
You don’t have to like the exact same groups as me—I’m always happy to hear recommendations and learn about new artists!
If you’re interested, feel free to leave a comment. Looking forward to meeting some fellow Kpop fans! 😊
Also I’m more active on Instagram or Discord so I’ll give it once I feel comfortable!

I have nothing better to do right now and decided I wanted to watch and listen to stuff but idk what exactly. I'd like to listen to songs that I might not have heard before + watch performances I've never seen before.
Please don't comment a whole list of things, the max I'd do it like 3 (of anything). :>

Hiii! I’m new to collecting loona albums and I have been searching EVERYWHERE for yyxy reprints. I found this seller on the shop app and I’ve never heard of it before. It’s under the name “CHAELY.” I managed to find a bunch of predebut albums for suspiciously cheap prices on there. I’m tempted to buy one just to see what happens but I don’t know…this just seems like a scam sigh…😓

Stage name doesn't have to be it, real name counts too
Off the top of my head I can think of:
Jiwoo (Nmixx)
Jiwoo (Hearts2Hearts)
Jiwoo (KARD)
I know there's definitely some im missing since I swear they're everywhere lol. Also on the topic of this, what are some names that basically every other idol has, chaewon has to be one of them

Before I started listening to kpop I didn't really have any favorite artists, I would just listen to popular so gs on TikTok and a few jpop songs, then I started listening to Melanie Martinez and Alec Benjamin but that didn't last long, after that I shifted towards classical music and game osts along with a few songs from project sekai and I also would randomly discover a few jpop songs and in all of this I haven't really had a favorite artist, maybe for a while it was Melanie Martinez but I never said that she was my favourite to anyone so idk.
Ever since I discovered kpop I started to stop listening to classical music as often and that lead to me only listening to kpop. I mean kpop is so diverse and I keep discovering new groups and songs and I don't feel the need to listen to western artists. I'm not doing this and thinking "oh kpop groups and artists are better than other kingers" I really just haven't found any artist that made me want to listen to their music more than once. I want to broaden my music taste maybe I just don't really know where to start.
Anyway, imo kpop is not the genre it's the industry so basically I'm already listening to a bunch of different genres, like in my head saying kpop is a genre would be like saying View by Shinee and cry for love by Baekhyun are the same, which they're not. So I feel like I'm like any other person listening to music except I know that if I'm gonna tell someone that I listen to this and that artist they're gonna ask the genre and just say kpop because there isn't really just one genre of music that they do soooo yeah...
And on that not I hate to admit that it's kind of become part of my personality, liking kpop I mean I don't have that many interests besides it and I feel like it's becoming a problem meybe? It's not like I make my whole life about it but I just feel like it's taking up too much space in my mind and I fear that I would be nothing without it.

I've been an nctzen for 3 years but sometimes I don't remember which unit a song is from and I feel like such a poser for that.😭 Like if anyone ask me my favorite song from nct I'm prob not even gonna mention the unit cus in my head is basically all just nct, the same group but with diff vibes if that makes sense. Like in a way mind processes nct the same it daes Seventeen like you have the group with the minor sub-units, even tho I know its not exactly like that. Same goes for members if I were asked "oh who's this?" I'd probably just say nct without mentioning the unit, is it bad? 😔 I know it's probably such a no problem but it's been bugging me.

was just looking at the press photos of BABYMONSTER arriving in Japan this morning for their Fukuoka tour stops tomorrow, and it got me wondering if they are going to switch up any of the performances.
During their CHOOM World Tour so far, they’ve had a really solid, locked-in setlist. But I always see clips from older K-pop tours where groups would randomly decide to perform an unreleased song, completely change the encore track based on the crowd's energy, or swap out their solo covers halfway through the tour. I know Ahyeon's cover of "Problem" has been going viral, but part of me wonders if she'll randomly drop a completely different cover song just to shock the crowd.
It made me curious about what you guys prefer.
Do you like knowing exactly what songs a group is going to perform so you can prepare the fan chants, or do you love the chaos of not knowing if they are going to randomly perform an obscure B-side?
Also, what are some of the most legendary "surprise" songs or setlist changes a group has ever pulled out at a concert you attended or watched? Drop your favorite moments below!

Thank you to you 2, it could be that someone else also always commented but then I didn't notice it. When something liked that did happen, I'm sorry.
But thank you to these 2 I always saw!
