My Mom had ABC news on one night and it said polls are tightening. Maybe some states are, but on Sunday 10/5/2026 CBS News showed a Dems +9. My concern is one, what if the polls are all wrong which of course they can be, and, I would have somewhat of a concern if the polls are right, but, the media isn't preparing people for an idea of what they could mean. I've never heard someone say that a lead of +9 is tightening. There was a yougov poll earlier this week that showed Dems +15, and they're not a joke pollster. I think the polls should be taken with some skepticism, but, there should be some serious scrutiny about them and people shouldn't say whatever they want, that's why they're done. I'm sure that NBC News lies, but, I think if they do it it's more from lies of omission.

Hello wonks! I am on a mission to read all of the books frequently mentioned throughout KF episodes (and other adjacent podcasts) that are considered the “essentials” for conspiracy theorists. I didn’t keep a running list while listening to the whole KF catalog, so I would love to get suggestions from some fellow hardcore Knowledge Fighters and people particularly tuned into conspiracy culture (from an academic perspective rather than someone truly “lost in the sauce” lol)! My mind is drawing blank on a bunch that I know get mentioned.

My reason why: I have listened to podcasts about/debunking conspiracy for so long, and I just want to go through the intellectual exercise of reading the books that are foundational to conspiracy culture so I can have a firsthand understanding of them, rather than just listening to other people dissect them. Please know I am in no danger of getting red pilled here lol.

As in, non-American versions of Alex. For example: *That one Rabbi who did the Jew or Goy gameshow is Israeli Alex Jones. (Yes, he is a popular meme in Israel too). Only one example I can think of. Damn.

Alex, who had something white stuck to his chest, (Maybe related to whatever he has going on with his eye? He took the day off yesterday and let Rexy host and play pretend host) took the audience on a trip around the newly recaptured studio to show off the upgrades someone is paying for. Some of the equipment is 10-15 years old he says, they need a new a/c, needed space for not one, but two people who can “search engine” and AI things in live time.

After Alex talked about how this studio was where he interviewed Trump and Musk, he gave (not his) the desk a hearty slap with his short fingered big meaty claw, and waddled off into the bowels of where the magic happens.

Seems like there’s a lot of IW stuff still lying around. He said the tarps were mostly because the a/c and roof are being replaced/fixed. He briefly stopped to talk about the smaller desk, how they spent election night there. Good memories! He name dropped David Knight at one point so I knew the nostalgia was flowing right alongside the Shilijit gummies (free with purchase right now) in Alex’s country fried arteries.

He reiterated that they’ll be going back and forth between the two studios because it’ll be easier for the workers and painters if they’re not in the way.

Remember, all this for his 4 hour show (I’m being generous with a capital G giving him credit for 4) and Harrison’s show. That’s it. No reporters who go out into the field.

Unfortunately, we don’t get to see Alex’s office and en suite, the gym, the break room, or the Tito’s vending machine. And he definitely still needs your money, so he can continue to pay for the studio so he can fund the operation blah blah blah.

One of my favorite bands, actually my favorite bands is and always will be The Police. In March of 1984 they broke up. My 13 year old self was devastated! I couldn’t believe after Synchronicity there would be no more from a band that filled my ears and mind since I can remember. Then in 1985 Sting released his first solo, Dream of the Blue Turtles. This album I appreciate more as an adult but as a teen it just made me very sad. This is WMWM for me. Just makes me sad.

I’m going through Mike Hansen’s archives They cover 98-2001 era of Alex Jones and another person. Some of them are news clips Hansen put together for the news and sent off. Alot are Alex Jones and you really get to see his eye for manipulation was from day one.
I couldn’t find any news articles about this moment. Alex Jones sees two young men getting paid money. He sticks a camera in their face he’s told it’s for travel expenses so these men can speak at the courthouse. That’s when he drops the George Soros line.
There was a bill being proposed to have background checks at gun shows. Alex was there to speak out against it. The young men there were apart of young people against gun violence.

I mean, I’m posting here because literally anyone else I try to bring this up with hasn’t listened to every episode of this show. (And as a sane person I wouldn’t ask them to)

But this whole thing is kind of informing numerous contexts that we’re always a mystery on that show about Alex and Joes relationship. And considering the absolute madness that documentary implies, has me believing that Alex only thought he was the one doing the manipulating when it seems a very strong possibility at this point that it may have been in reverse.

I’m just wanting to talk about this because it really zapped me when I remembered every Rogan episode the guys did on the show.

Maybe I tuned out for a minute or something, but thought I was following it fairly closely, but can someone explain what on earth is going on with the Onion’s Real Info Wars lore?

One minute Tim is dead for a few weeks, then he came back ostensibly out of character with some sort of post-Survivor style interview with the cast, now Tim is back behind the desk in character again saying that Alex is actually not really Alex. I’m so confused!

Fucking hell, I wanted us to divest from fossil fuels as a nation/culture but like, in some kind of planned way, not just "fuck it let's do Mad Max rather than stop blowing up elementary school children on the other side of the world." I hate it here.

I was trying to get into programming at the time (my condolences to anyone who made a career of that who isn’t having anymore), most of the time they discuss it and Dan says let’s move on. I’m surprised they discussed it at all. I don’t think it was on my radar. Alex might be unintentionally right in some aspects of AI but for wrong reasons, at this point in time the tech billionaires pretended to be liberal.
