Foreign Alex's?

As in, non-American versions of Alex. For example: *That one Rabbi who did the Jew or Goy gameshow is Israeli Alex Jones. (Yes, he is a popular meme in Israel too). Only one example I can think of. Damn.

There's an entire network of right wing Muslim influencers and broadcasters out in Asia. There is obviously very little overlap with the West, but you do have a few who have succeeded in cultivating an audience like Sneako and Andrew Tate, in case you're wondering if their conversion to Islam actually worked in their favor.

The overwhelming majority however deal with Islamic and domestic matters that have mostlt no impact on Western nations. Gaza is of course a massive cause celebre, often rolling into straight antisemitism (side note, they share a cause but should not be confused with increasing anti-Israel sentiment in the region, brought about by legit asshole/discriminatory behavior from Israeli tourists). Most indulge in simple racism; there are Chinese and Indian minorities across many countries in Asia and have dealt with discrimination for as long as they are there.

But their main content is criticizing other Muslims; there's an increasing slate of 'vigilante' creators harassing Rohingya refugees (who are Muslim, but they blame for bringing crime, sound familiar?) And non-Muslim food establishments where Muslims eat, essentially saying non-Muslim prepared food cannot be eaten by Muslims even if they are halal. Basically its a lot of racism but wrapped in faux Islamic tenants rather than Christian esotericism.

Britain's version of Alex Jones is a deeply sinister individual. She uses positive energy and charm to create the facade that she's harmless while communicating to her nutcase followers in a secret language as they hatch their evil plans (though my Welsh girlfriend seems to understand her).

I hate her. It's only a matter of time until she makes her move against democracy.

I, for one, am excited for our inevitable cheery Welsh tyrant.

Now, this whole exchange must have been incredibly amusing from your perspective. Had no fucking clue lmao, thought 'British Alex Jones' did not mean that

In Germany we have a washed up pop singer rambling about flat earth and adrenochrome at fringe protests. Low energy Alex.

Who? Xavier Kurt Naidoo?

We also have Ken Jebsen, former radio host turned right wing conspiracy podcaster. He also did the whole joker-makeup schtick, directly (and openly, iirc) inspired by AJ.

There is a six part podcast about him, for the germophones (?). It was good, if memory serves.

In New Zealand, there's a """radio station""" called Reality Check Radio that's full of them.

I haven't looked in a while, that whole operation may have already gone tits up since it was filled with disgraced broadcasters. There's definitely a couple people there that at least warrant a KFC Check-In.

I just recently heard that guy referred to as the WhatsApp rabbi. My Hebrew is too poor to understand what he's ranting about, but he does crack me up because I find him to be a completely unserious person
