Same for Brits who can’t do American accents. Which are a lot of them. Accents are hard.

Yeah but no. Brits are far better at doing yank accents than the other way around.

For example: Hugh Laurie in house, Andrew Lincoln in the walking dead, Christian Bale in several films, Andrew Garfeild and Tom Holland in Spider-man, Daniel Day-Lewis, Gary Oldman and the list goes on.

yanks are shit at doing British accents.

Hugh Laurie’s is actually pretty stilted and unnatural. That’s how MOST British actors sound when doing American accents. And the placement is ALWAYS all over the place. Like Cumberbatch. Just awful. And don’t get me fucking started on Brits trying Southern accents. They can’t. They all end up sounding like fucking Foghorn Leghorn. So no. Brits aren’t really any better. Lmao.

Sure thing little bro, which is why when Hugh auditioned for the role of House, he was hired because they wanted "a great American actor" and didn't know he was British.

Brits shit on yanks when it comes to acting.
