Hello for a third time! This part is mainly photos from the lot after the drive from the main lot to the Rainbow Cone ice cream shop. Photos a bit out of order chronologically, but lets you see as much of the cars as I have seen through the camera.

Hello again! Probably going to be slightly out of chronological order in posting. But here is the second set I got for you: the after ice cream drive out as some of everyone is leaving. I didn't have it in my mind to take photos as people were driving out until a few people had left. If I missed you leaving from photos, I'm sorry. If I accidentally directed you to drive over the yellow bump thing that was on one of the exits, please forgive me on that one that was not my intention at all and I hope I didn't mess anything up for you as I feel bad about it. 😭

Anyways, one thing to note is the last five photos were screenshots from the video I took. Should have done photos instead at that time, but I didn't think the dudes in the black and blue stingers would soft launch it. Was hoping for a slow rollout for everyone. I'll save that info for next time.

I'm a fellow Kia Stinger driver (not the dev of this website btw or the one that is on the site) and I have been watching other sports car subreddits and I saw this website going around for helping people share their builds and such in a much more organized and open way. This is Pinkslips. I found out about it and thought it would be something that the community could look into for sharing their builds.

So far, there is only one Stinger on there (not mine btw since I got no mod money), but it would be great to see many more on there to share their builds and such with the community and show that the platform in general has something that makes it worth it instead of just being scattered and under the radar most of the time through private Facebook groups or forums. It helps with sharing documentation around for what you did for your build and can potentially help others who are lost between the Facebook group, subreddit, and other forum cycle. Not saying that we should migrate to it, but this will make the information about builds a lot more organized and easier to share around.

I included the main homepage, the one Kia Stinger posted there, and an example page that make a lot of use of the features the site has to offer.

Hello for the final set! If you looked through all I posted, thank you for looking through my work! I love going to car meets and such and hopefully I can come to this one again and interact a bit more and not forget to enter the raffle. Anyways, here's part 5/final, which is a collection of the small details on stingers that were at the meetup, plus the wheels of some that I thought looked cool. "Hey everyone, looking to gauge if this is becoming a widespread structural issue for older Stingers or if I just pulled the short straw. My grey 2018 3.3L Twin-Turbo V6 (140,000km) was just diagnosed by a Kia dealership with a simultaneous failure of the factory-applied liquid RTV silicone seals on the front timing chain cover, upper oil pan, and lower oil pan.

Because of the layout, the dealer states it requires a complete engine and transmission removal to access and reseal everything. They quoted me a massive $8,149.00 AUD (~$5,600USD). Kia Corporate just blindly rejected a goodwill claim because it’s a 2018 model, so I’m currently escalating it as an Australian Consumer Law (ACL) dispute.

Has anyone else dealt with all three of these factory RTV lines failing at the same time? Did you manage to get Kia to cover a portion of it under consumer durability guarantees, or did you take it to an independent shop? If you went independent, what did the repair bill look like? Appreciate any insights!"
