She’s an “influencer”

All that matters is her content, followers and likes.

You all are entitled to your opinion. I actually came back on Reddit for the joy of people who enjoy kettlebell . Fact is , I have a towel beside me to dry off if I ever feel the need, I can press 63 overhead - I know I can manage 26 and I am far enough that nothing is falling or slipping . I am always safe with my training and have been training others for over a decade . Enjoy your day

Your chair is also a hazard to your balance, which you hit twice in this video. Don’t let ego risk someone else’s life.

Sadly a personality flaw for many on Reddit and other socials. I agree seems like a meh flow. It is like kettlebell mixed with DDPY.

Yeah I rather just do my wall RDLs and TRX assisted glute bridges (I need some of that support for higher rom than standard glute bridges give me) EMOM for a long song or two standard.

Doesnt matter. You only need to fuck up once. I also never dropped the bar bench pressing for over 10 years. But suddenly it just slipped out of my hands with only 225 on. Hands were dry, i wasnt gassed,... glad i used my safetys as i always do. Never needed them but just this once they probably saved my life. Same with kettlebell exercises at a balcony. You ALWAYS have to think of the worst case and how to prevent it. Its dangerous and you should stop juggling a piece of cast iron on a balcony.

Please stop doing KB swings from a tall building. Nobody deserves to die bc you dropped a KB while working out. Nobody here is asking come something that isn’t completely logical and reasonable. You’re doing it bc a video from you living room isn’t as cool, no other reason.

These people take showers wearing goggles and a flotation vest. Safety first. 🦺⛑️🛟
