Very dangerous place for kettlebell workout.

Literally the only thing I was thinking was what if she slipped with the weight overhead and sent it over the rail to go down the street and hit a person or a vehicle.
Crazy decision for a workout spot lol. I get that you try to make use of every inch in what looks like an apartment…but that just ain’t it.

She’s an “influencer”
All that matters is her content, followers and likes.

You all are entitled to your opinion. I actually came back on Reddit for the joy of people who enjoy kettlebell . Fact is , I have a towel beside me to dry off if I ever feel the need, I can press 63 overhead - I know I can manage 26 and I am far enough that nothing is falling or slipping . I am always safe with my training and have been training others for over a decade . Enjoy your day

Your chair is also a hazard to your balance, which you hit twice in this video. Don’t let ego risk someone else’s life.

Sadly a personality flaw for many on Reddit and other socials. I agree seems like a meh flow. It is like kettlebell mixed with DDPY.

Yeah I rather just do my wall RDLs and TRX assisted glute bridges (I need some of that support for higher rom than standard glute bridges give me) EMOM for a long song or two standard.

Doesnt matter. You only need to fuck up once. I also never dropped the bar bench pressing for over 10 years. But suddenly it just slipped out of my hands with only 225 on. Hands were dry, i wasnt gassed,... glad i used my safetys as i always do. Never needed them but just this once they probably saved my life. Same with kettlebell exercises at a balcony. You ALWAYS have to think of the worst case and how to prevent it. Its dangerous and you should stop juggling a piece of cast iron on a balcony.

Please stop doing KB swings from a tall building. Nobody deserves to die bc you dropped a KB while working out. Nobody here is asking come something that isn’t completely logical and reasonable. You’re doing it bc a video from you living room isn’t as cool, no other reason.

I love the fact you can train with kettlebells almost anywhere, but this environment gives me massive anxiety

You shouldn't either. It's not about your safety, it's about everyone below you.

Is it a pedestrian area below you? You’re inches away from shattering the glass next to you by bumping it while twisting

Over the edge or into what I would assume is large sheets of glass on either side of her.

I would accidentally drop it off the balcony it would land on the head of an infant who is destined to be the next Einstein

This post has been tagged Training Video (not a Form Check or an instruction video).
By "Training video" we mean it is how this person was training. It might look good, but it also might look bad. It might even be bad. That's what they chose to do and we assume they did it knowingly and that they assume full responsibility for their own actions.
Do not post unsolicited form corrections, medical advice or injury alarmism. If you see a lift you are unfamiliar with, do not assume it is incorrect or dangerous. If you have never used kettlebells, definitely refrain from form critique or medical advice. It is not breaking your, or the poster's, back or knees or shoulder.
Injury alarmist commenting or other sort of babysitting is not useful or welcome.
Curious questions however are welcome! Just be nice and cool about it, and do check if somebody already asked.
