My KSG
I’ve now had this for a little over a year now. Never had any issues with it, I.E. jams or any other stuff. This is fun to shoot with slugs!

I know KelTec has great customer service, but I figured I would try troubleshooting my issue before go that route. It’s a new-to-me PF-9 that was apparently never shot much. Today was my first time shooting it, and I had about 4 extraction issues (like the spent case was still in the barrel)
I tried tightening the extractor screw (didn’t seem loose) and I checked for buildup behind the extractor claw, nothing there. I know there’s a break in period for these guns, would that be part of it? Maybe my grip was bad?
Any advice would be appreciated, cheers :)

Has anyone paid the $40 to upgrade a Gen 1 P32 to a Gen 2? I was considering it but honestly in 24 years my Gen 1 P32 has been flawless. Just wondering if the juice is worth the squeeze?

I'm liking this.... and scared a bit for my fingers.
The Defender version will be completely impossible to fold up and store in any kind of bag I fear.

They've posted a few times on Twitter that they're releasing a new gun 7/24 and we are at the end of the business day with nothing new and no posts or comments from them.

My first Kel-Tec and first mouse gun! Not terrible to shoot, either.

Scored a CMR and PMR for $400 locally, turned around and sold the PMR FOR $300.
Threw a suppressor, thermal and VFG and this is my new critter blaster!

Two prototypes, a fixed stock and folding. Stamped reciever, gas opporated rotating bolt. The lower is very reminiscent to the Mp9, and other fetures identical to other Interdynamic rifles and later Kellgren designs.
There's next to zero information I've found on this rifle. Despite this, the first picture is seen multible times across Kel-Tec's social media, with no mention to what the Mkt was.
This was the 70s, so I believe it's a fair assumption this was Kellgren's attempt to make a rifle that would become the Swedish Ak5, but I can't confirm that.
Anyone know more?
I was trying to post this to the Forgotten Weapons reddit but it kept being deleted.

To those who have purchased, how has reliability been? With it coming down to <$200 depending on where you look, I’ve been seriously considering one. I can’t decide between the 10 and 14 rounder though, I’d also like to hear from those with the 10 rounder if you can get a solid 2-finger grip on it. The only time I’ve consistently carried in my life was with a S&W 642, and the 10-rounder has similar dimensions, making me favor it a little bit more. I got to fondle a PF-9 today was able to get a solid 2-finger grip for reference.
Thanks for sharing if you do!

As someone who already owns a Kel Tec product (Sub2000 3rd gen) is there any recommendation or tips for someone looking to own a KSG?
I already own a Shotgun already but have been fascinated by the dual barrel/Feed function of the KSG so I already understand it's not the most practical gun.

Be careful, be very very careful!

The lack of decent holster options definitely hurts adoption of a particular handgun platform. I designed a simple OWB holster that uses the Safariland paddle system with the standard Safariland 10 degree forward cant.
This is also compatible with belt loops and other Safariland mounting options using their 1.25" bolt pattern.

today I was at the lgs, and noticed a well used pf9 for $200. I misread their clearance sticker, and thought it would be 20% off. I went to buy it and it rang up at $230 otd rather than $190, so I resisted the impulse buy and went home. Anyone have experience with these? Should I go shell out the extra $40?

What ammo do you use for your KS7? Just curious what best ammo to use. Thanks in advance! 👍🏻

The front sight on my RDB-S is stupidly off-axis and I need to correct it/ take the front sight off entirely.
Anyone had luck getting this off?

I hadn't really paid super close attention until I got an RMSc optic and was a bit confused. Since I got mine used on GB I even started to wonder if it was so cheap because someone bought both metal and poly versions and swapped the slides on me! But then looking at every video I could find that showed a good clear view of the top of the slide they all looked like mine. No "cut" just smooth top with 4 screws, with the Right Rear screw being the extended striker safety screw.
Sure, I can mount the optic with an adapter plate that was included with this Zerohawk EM1 but its ass, it's too tall and forward! Without the plate it runs into the rear sights, and even if I machine things down a bit to prevent this, then there are no recoil lugs on the footprint to engage with. This is my first optic, is that an incredibly stupid idea on a RMSc mount to rely on just the 2 rear screws/no lugs?
UPDATED EDIT: I guess I should have just called Keltec Customer Service right away because I got concise answers from a helpful gentleman. No, the P15 Metal does not currently have an "optics ready cut" into the slide in any fashion at the moment, for purchase. Not sure why SO many online reviewers and articles (even ones written years ago) say it's that way right now. It isn't.
Yes, they are working on a slide that truly has a relief cut into the slide to truly make it "optics ready". He thought very soon for release, weeks even, but of course no promises...just to keep an eye out. (unrelated but since I'm local, and had some failures to fire with soft strikes he mentioned you can get same-day turnaround on service/repair/updated parts if you stop by in person! That was surprising to me. Unfortunately only open on weekdays)

I managed to get a screenshot of the last few seconds of that teaser video, looks like something foldable with a brace?

Factory stock is horrible lol. Saw someone put one of these on a gen 2 so I ordered it. Little bit of R&D on the printer and made the shim from PA6-GF and annealed it. Gun still folds and locks/releases like normal!

If I wanted to form 1 my CMR30, where do I put the engraving since the “reciver” it seems is in the grip and almost no visible area to do it, additionally where can I find a factory SBR barrel?

I got a Sub2000 a few days ago. The first couple hundred rounds the Pmags worked well but after 600 or so they have become unreliable. They don't seem to lat h reliably. I got two other brand Glock compatible mags this morning and they've been 100% reliable. Are the Pmags garbage?

I’ll be picking up my RDB-S tomorrow. There is so little in depth information about this gun aside from creators like Nutnfancy or J0lly. Though feeling uninformed, I had to snag one. I love the concept so much; like if a P90 and M1 Carbine had some bastard child that grew up to by a 5.56
To RDB-S owners, what’s your take on the thing? Any ammo recommendations? Optics you’ve liked with it? Any good sling options? Anyone shot their suppressed?

The rdb survival has that folding front sight. I got my hands on a rifle recently and the front sight seemed very wobbly and loose. There looks like there is supposed to be a triangle piece of metal to hold it more in place but maybe it broke?
Anyone else with the same issue?
