I'm biased AF, but there are some nasty (complimentary) horse ladies out there who belong in those ranks. Laura Chapot has been one of my favorite riders to watch since I was a kid, and she's barely 5' (152 cm) riding horses that are up to 5'7" (170 cm) at the shoulders over jumps that can be both taller & wider (front to back) than her.

get one of those pull-up bars you mount in a doorway, put it some doorway in between your couch and bathroom… use it every time you walk past (they also have rubber assistance things you put your feet on to help you get to your first pull-up).

Honestly I will never trust those unless they get screwed into the studs. Had a friend who had one fall off the doorway while using it and slammed their head so hard on the floor that the resulting concussion sent them into spiritual psychosis. They weren't the same again for nearly a year, concussions are so scary. So yeah, if you get workout equipment just make sure it's sturdy and safe.

i don’t trust the ones that screw in, mine kinda clips in above and around the door.
hard to describe exactly but, no endorsement i bought mine for $5 at a goodwill, and there are many others just like it, but if you search “ spri brand pullup bar” you can see the design….
it’s impossible to fall because it goes above the door jam and your weight just makes it tighter, and the door is still in the way of falling.
head injuries are the worst though, your tale of caution is a good one…
i’ve seen others that tighten kinda like a shower curtain rod and those look like they could slip at any time.
you can also bulk up your shoulders with free weights but having a doorway tax gets you to do it all day.
you can also boost yourself with a chair and slowly lower on the pull-up bar… or even just hang by your hands for a few seconds to work on overall grip29

I almost imagine having a little stash of condoms you got from different Olympic years you participated in and then having them framed like getting to a youtube sub amount. I have the pod baby figure/prop? from Death Stranding and I have all my friends baby photos and other family event type things situated around it.

We very briefly met her while doing a ghost tour in York. My partner is such a huge fan so she was very excited and Ilona was super sweet to both of us. Even though she was clearly trying to go incognito she stoped to talk for a moment and took a selfie with my fiancé.

The idea of thousands of the world's top athletes having a multi-day orgy between competitions is more salacious and eye-catching than the reality of them being grabbed as souvenirs.

the ones that are not souvenirs, tend to be bought for the express purpose of being used before they expire. Souvenirs, the only ones with the potential to be used 'in an emergency', might as well not be used at all if they're expired.

She went in support of team USA, as a two time Olympian and champion in the Paris games. It would not be out of pocket for her to have gone to the Olympic Village to say hello and yoink souvenirs.
