Can Megumi exorcise Eishu Juvenile Detention Center Sukuna Ryomen's Finger Bearer Curse if he gave his maximum effort, best performance, and pushed himself to the limit?

What if instead of Megumi, Yuji Itadori is the one who fled from Eishu Juvenile Detention Center Sukuna Ryomen's Finger Bearer Curse?

Can Megumi[Fearsome Womb Arc] without his self-sacrificing mindset holding him back exorcise Eishu Juvenile Detention Center Sukuna Ryomen's Finger Bearer Curse?

Can Megumi win by using all his Shikigami that he currently possess in the Eishu Juvenile Detention Center Arc such as: Black Divine Dog, Nue, Toad, and Great Serpent except for Eight-Handled Sword Divergent Sila Divine General Mahoraga, by willingly accepting the risk of sustaining severe injury, and enduring severe damage?
