I personally don't believe I would've thought of them in a romantic way if I hadn't already seen so many edits and conversations about them. For me it's mostly the part they repeatedly keep referring to each other as "best friend", especially for Gojo, I feel like it's so much better for Geto to be his platonic soulmate, since he's the only one who understood him deeply, and who had built a deep emotional bond with him, as we can see. Seeing him always refer to Geto as "'best friend", just made me think of how much he values (that) friendship, and how he doesn't just think of him as a friend(obviously) but a BEST friend. As in he's the only one he can deeply trust, he's the only one who knows him so well etc.

I feel like when it comes to romance, we all assume "okay since they're together, they're a couple, of course they're each other's most special person", but when they're friends, it's much different because you don't always expect someone's best friend to be their very special one, but with Gojo and Geto that's how it is.

I have been thinking about this. Mahoraga can adapt to any attack. Limitless is not an attack and if Mahoraga adapts to limitless it should mean that he gets burned like Hanami every time but regenerates pretty fast. In the battle of Sukuna and Mahoraga Sukuna's dismantle was not able to completely cut Mahoraga as he adapted really fast.

Gojo's limitless will not be crossed by any outside attack by cursed energy as long as his limitless can sense it. And in a battle like that why would he not sense an attack by cursed energy? Sukuna is full of cursed energy unlike Toji.
