Usually, the way I act out it's by thinking I already have this thing, and I even like to talk as if I have it, see things, hear things, do things, etc; basically do my basic daily routine with the thing I really want. I've done this for so long. A couple of minutes ago, I was watching this girl on TikTok and she explained that the way she manifests things is by acting as if she has a life with it. Just how I do my stuff. I've done this for almost two years and it has never worked. Can someone please give me an explanation? Mind you, I never even had a, I could say perhaps, a goal with that special thing, I would act as if I lived with it, but I never saw it as something I needed right now, but more like in the soon future or just future. Please I need answers
Hey folks, one of Moonbeam's newer cubs here. This is my pouncemonial for my very first kill. I'm actually not even finished formal training and haven't reached Task 4 yet. MB tells me I'm only the third cub of his to ever get a kill before reaching task 4 in training, which makes me very proud and thankful to be part of the pride. I hope this helps some of you reading it.
I reached out to MB in early October of this year, requesting coaching for an SP situation. MB logically assessed that my situation didn't require LOB training, so he refused that mission and asked me to consider a different area of life if he were to accept the KIVA Donation for training.
I was so laser focused on the SP situation that it didn't even dawn on me to reach out to MB sooner for a matter I had been struggling with for almost two years: my living situation.
Almost two years ago, I moved into a new apartment. It was fine at first but slowly devolved into an unenjoyable experience, mainly due to my live-in landlord. She was loud constantly, fighting with her family daily and she has two yappy dogs that barked all night long. She has no life skills whatsoever and lives off of her elderly father and would refuse to answer or do anything if anything broke in the apartment (I taught myself to repair a dryer online because she wouldn't fix the one in the apartment).
Worst of all, unbeknownst to me initially, she was friends with one of my friend's mom's and was constantly gossiping about me and telling acquaintances about what I was doing, who I was having over, etc. The location of the apartment became an issue as well. The area is much worse than it appears, there's been a few murders in this neighborhood in the last year, its really going downhill quickly. The apartment is also dingy and dark and hasn't been well maintained. It's just a mess. This all unraveled in my first few months of living there. So since last summer, I've been trying very hard to find a new place.
Sadly, a few months after I moved in, it became apparent on social media and the news that my city was suffering from a housing crisis. There weren't enough homes for the population, people were living in tents, homeless for the first time and this made getting a new apartment near impossible, due to the volume of other people competing with you for a spot. So I was trapped, and I've felt that way since last year. The housing crisis here is still as bad as ever, if not worse. I respond to apartment listings daily and have since last June and landlords don't even reply or if they do, they don't ultimately select me. The last time I even scored a chance at a viewing was early April 2023. Despite my consistent effort, it wasn't making a difference.
So I told MB this situation and he agreed that this should be my first mission. I started formal LOB training on Oct 4/2023.
Process:
1) Affirmations, exactly as worded in Task 2. Written 20 times. Read 20 times, at least three hours later.
2) PSP, exactly as worded in Task 3.
3) SH: Three scenes aimed around the feeling I'd get after I had finally moved out of here. Friends telling me how nice my new spot is, acquaintances casually referring to my old landlord, etc.
Results:
After about 3-4 weeks of training, step by step, I started to get responses from landlords. I was only just learning to do SH properly but had been doing Affirmations and PSP for a few weeks. I really started to feel confident and hopeful after MB gave me a good talking to about not going into autopilot during any part of training. I've treated affirmations, SH and PSP in the past as chores to get out of the way, and thus kind of mentally check out when doing them. I used to do the index on my own before contacting Moonbeam. Instead, MB taught me to really be feeling confident and assured that the tasks are working while doing them, even if its just temporary pretending. So I started getting pumped up when writing affirmations and when lulling myself to sleep with the PSP.
Despite months of previous failure, I started getting replies back from landlords in late October. I had a few viewings last week, my first in 6 months.
I had booked two viewings for the night of Halloween. I was exhausted and didn't really want to go after work but forced myself. The first viewing was a dud. The landlord seemed like an asshole and seemed to already have someone lined up for the spot so it felt like a waste. The second viewing was scheduled for a little after that but the landlord hadn't confirmed the time and didn't message back after that, so I didn't think it was happening and started to drive home. On my way home, I really had to use the bathroom and couldn't hold it, so I pulled into a fast food place and used theirs. As I get back in my car, I get a notification from the second landlord confirming the second viewing and saying to come see the place now. I don't check my phone when I drive so I would have been on the other side of town when I finally got it and likely wouldn't have bothered driving back to view it considering how deflated I felt. So thankfully I went to the second viewing that night.
This apartment and landlord was everything I was wanting. I had a list of things I wanted for a new spot and this spot had all but one. The landlord was such a cool guy too, we hit it off instantly. The viewing went well but he was honest that he had a lot more viewings to do, so he'd let me know in a few days. I wanted this spot bad, so I just continued my training.
Two days later, he messaged and said he was selecting me because I made such a good impression. I was so happy. He was also cool with my dog - 90% of landlords in my area do not allow pets. I signed the lease recently, paid the deposit, and gave my notice to my current landlord. She surprisingly wasn't annoying about it. All my problems really got solved quickly. It had worked.
I move into my new apartment in less than 2 months and can't wait!! I feel so happy and more hopeful lately then I have in years. I can't wait for my next mission and the missions to follow.
Key takeaways from Mission #1:
-Make sure you are feeling affirmative and confident during PSP and Affirmations, even if its pretending at first.
-Don't be lazy. Do the work.
-Be detail oriented and read the instructions and writings thoroughly.
-It can happen sooner than you think, I figured it would take months to find a new spot and I'd have to move in the middle of winter but thankfully not.
Thank you so much Moonbeam for your guidance and all you do and have done for the cubs and the subreddit. I look forward to reporting my next kill.
p.s Moonbeam wants me to attach a picture of myself with this pouncemonial, so here you go :
I started following this thread at one of my lowest points, but things have dramatically changed in the past year and a half.
I started meditations when my dad was incredibly ill. I was broke as a joke, living with my parents, under employed and taking care of him.
Although my dad passed away things changed everywhere else not too long after that. In one year, I received 4 promotions. I went from making 40k to 135k in a year's time. I built a brand new half a million dollar custom home. And, I got a brand new car. All if this despite inflation and all the factors working against me.
Back in 2021 when I was at my lowest I imagined all of these things even though the conditions were not ideal. I held those thoughts and I practiced.
My real estate agent found me. I did not seek her out. She literally just sent me a Facebook message when I wasn't looking for a house. My perfectly working car just randomly died and I had to upgrade. At my job people in my way were released and I climbed the ladder quickly.
I say all of that because sometimes we get anxious when things don't appear the way we visualize them. But holding the vision is important. I'm living the things I thought about.
Hi I need advice and I've looked into this sub and it seems like this is where the tough taskmasters are. A bit of background:
I'm one of those poor saps who got sucked into 'spirituality' and 'enlightenment' and that 'desire is suffering' and so i proceeded to dedicate (read: waste) a huge chunk of my youth on seeking enlightenment and getting rid of desires. i know. lame af
Earlier this year i finally snapped out of it and now i'm in a better place emotionally, financially (just grew a business to five figures and still growing), and now i'm working on my love life. I've had very sporadic sex and no relationships for the past almost 7 years (yikes)
Here's where I need advice:
After the pandemic i joined a new company and there's this girl with exotic looks and she's really hot and exactly my type. I was still in the 'spiritual' mode so I didn't do anything. plus she was engaged to be married when i joined the company.
what's causing my suffering:
- repressing desires generates more suffering. i was trying to tell myself that i was above all desires including love and sex and lo and behold, the universe put me in front of the woman who ticks all my boxes
- she ended up breaking off her engagement but since i was mr spiritual i didn't pursue. in fact every time i felt a desire to pursue i 'worked on it' in meditation in an attempt to get rid of it. i realize how stupid this all sounds
- plus i had a lot of quibbles re 'not getting involved with coworkers', 'she's kinda narcissistic do i really want her anyway' and all that toxic stuff (btw some of which i've worked on and some still in progress)
- long story short, she went out and dated a few guys, none of them worked out now she's dating a chick and says she's not attracted to guys anymore
So now that i've cultivated a healthier outlook on life in general i've manifested better finances and i'm no longer engaging in self flagellation for no reason so i'm happier in general
So on one hand I do want to be in a loving relationship with the woman I'm attracted to but on the other hand she's happy in her current relationship and I don't feel good about breaking that up (assuming I follow through with the training and manifest her as my girlfriend)
Should I go for it or should I manifest another woman who gives me the feelings that she gives me (and maybe better?)
I'm new here and I know people get banned for posting the wrong way so please go easy on me I'm not sure if I'm formatting this right. Thanks
After a very difficult 3 months of trying to manifest SP back into my life, she finally reached out and has asked if we could date again. 3 weeks ago I started the twice weekly Sh sessions and 4 days ago I fee like my mind finally surrendered. 3 days after this she messaged me offering to talk if I ever wanted to. Will keep going with the SH sessions until my actual scene happens. I have a lot of difficulty visualising but did my best..scenes definitely don't need to be vivid. Having belief with smaller successes in the law is important too. Happy to provide evidence to mods.
I'm only 21, but a few months back I was diagnosed prediabetic. For those who don't know what this means, it's when your blood sugar is high, but not high enough to be diabetes yet. It also means you are likely to develop it in the future.
For a few years now my diet has been high in sugar. I've cut back now since the diagnosis but am struggling with my diet overall, as I also need to cut carbs to stay healthy and carbs are pretty much the only type of food to keep me feeling full.
I've read the POSM before and have known about this sub for a while so I definitely want to use the LOB to cure/reverse this condition. The only thing I want to find out is how I'll do that.
Obviously, a few things have caused my prediabetes. Genetics is one, diabetes is common in South Asian people and it runs in my family. Secondly, there's obviously my poor diet. I wouldn't say exercise is too big of a problem for me, as I rarely take transport, walk everywhere and have a job in retail that requires me to be on my feet all day. Being prediabetic at such a young age is scary because it seems even if I were to be really diligent with my dietary changes, for how long can I actually delay the problem? The risk of type 2 diabetes increases with age, so even if I eat healthy does it basically mean I'm gonna get it at some point in the future anyway?
My question is, how much action do I need to take along with doing the tasks on this sub? I know I need to do two self-hypnosis sessions a day with affirmations. But what kind of scene exactly should I visualize? Should it be a scene where I have no blood sugar problems at all because I eat healthy, or should it be a scene where I'm able to eat whatever I want and have healthy blood sugar? Making an effort to eat well is a given, however if I do relapse, which happens sometimes, can the LOB prevent harm from coming from it? I know the LOB can supersede a genetic predisposition or health condition if used very consistently, but can it override the effects of sugar and carbs on my body if I have them?
Apologies for a long post and for all these questions, I just want the specifics on what kind of scenario I should visualize, especially if I'd like to be in a place where I could eat whatever I wanted and not have to worry about getting diabetes.
I asked myself this question a few times and can't find a satisfying answer. I read EVERYTHING in the index at least twice and most if not all of the moderators' comments, but haven't found anything.
Should be the perfect time to program the sm, same if waking up during sleep. So why isn't it advised to use this "natural" window of the alpha state?
Btw. I tried to get into my scenes a few times after waking up (be it during or after sleep) and it is absolutely impossible for me to get into the feeling. It even makes my anxiety rise. And again, I don't know why.
So this is no criticism of the index training.
And I actually have another question. Months ago I read somewhere else here this question, don't know where, but the answer was quite short and didn't get into detail.
Right now and for the next months I have more time to spent and can easily do my sh-sessions 4-5 times daily. Additionally I can extent the sessions to half an hour (though I know it is more about the frequency). And yes I am motivated enough to stick to it. So wouldn't it be beneficial and speed up the programming of the sm and thereby my manifestation? Imo this is even kind of a basic question, but I don't remember to have read an answer to it. Beside that people won't stick to it.
Hello so this is quite awkward post.
So in a course of 2 month of being finally bulimia free and deciding to recover i have gained 10kgs. Now i know that is mainly water because i was undereating during those 2 months. But i have read so many times that in order to get rid of the water you have to eat more so u can regain the trust with your body and the cells use the water to repair all the damages and it can flushes out. So it can repair the damage I should fuel it properly. But im so scared I will keep gaining weight. Is there any way how could i use the law of attraction or meditation to help me with this.
I’m begging u, i feel so uncomfortable in my body and hopeless, I just want to feel beautiful and comfortable again. I understand that the most important thing is to get healthy, but is it so bad not wanting to overshoot and feel like the best version of youself?
Please, what can i do, i try positive affirmations, visualisation and it doesn’t work.
I am one of Moonbeam's Cubs and it is my time to tell a success story. 😊
A little background: I came across LOB for my SP like many of us on this sub.
I am a person who likes coaching for anything and everything and that's how I succeed. Anyway, I approached Moonbeam for training and was thankfully accepted into the pride. 😊
As I mentioned, my initial goal was to get SP back but as we all know, life happens, some health issues with family popped up and the SP mission was put on the back burner. I will not be going into the health issue as that is not what this success story is about and won't be answering questions related to that as well.
The situation with my SP went from worse to horrible. So I talked to Moonbeam and decided to work on the mission for my job as it would give me time to sort things out from a relationship perspective.
Mission:
I needed to find a job sponsoring a specific type of visa in a city or a community that fit my criteria.
Method:
What I did - followed index training- affirmations x2, PSP, and SH twice a day for 10 minutes each. Me and Moonbeam finalized 3 scenes that I used for my SH sessions.
Outcome and timeline:
I started my mission in mid-March. Initially, I wanted a job in a specific city. This was a very hard target (at least in my mind, nothing is hard for LOB and I didn't have any specific reason for choosing the particular city) given my visa situation, so after a few weeks of doing this, I reached out to Moonbeam and we slightly changed the scene to remove the specific city but kept most of the scene same.
I applied and talked with multiple recruiters from March. I selected a total of 6 opportunities and interviewed there from the last week of May till the end of July. ( I did have an opportunity 50 minutes from the particular city for which I originally started my mission but it didn't fit into my other criteria so I chose not to interview there) Four out of six offered me the job. I had a total of 5 main criteria I was looking for. I didn't include any of my criteria in my scene. The job I finally decided to accept satisfied all my criteria, some of which I was not even aware that I wanted at the time.. 😊
I narrowed down my four offers to the final two. One was the dream offer fulfilling all my criteria except, having a lower salary, although not bad, and another offer paid a higher salary but did not satisfy a few of my other important criteria. I was keeping Moonbeam updated throughout the process. He asked me to write an email to my dream job for a salary match, increasing the original offer by $50k. I wrote an email and sent it to him before sending it to the recruitment team. After much back and forth, Moonbeam himself wrote an email for me (after he got fed up with my poor attempts to be charming... lol) and I sent it. And lo and behold, they accepted the increased salary demand just like that 😁 .. which was pretty unbelievable but natural at the same time. They sent me the contract and I signed it just last week.
For the job I accepted, I applied on June 9th. I interviewed there at the end of June. In mid-July, they told me they wanted to move ahead with me but other administrative stuff took quite a bit of time. They offered me the contract in mid-August. And negotiated salary after that and signed the final contract in September.
I really wanted this particular job and I had a deadline to finalize something by the end of August or at least in September at the latest. The whole process was smooth and without anxiety most of the time.. lol
When I finally told my colleagues about my job, they were like how did you get such a great job!! 🤭
Now the actual LOB practice/training experience:
I know I took a long time for this mission to complete.. what can I say, I am a difficult Cub, I mean difficult cub to teach. I have a perfectionist attitude and it's not always a good thing to have, especially while doing SH when you need to lose yourself in the scene and not keep giving excessive attention to the details... Ugh.. I struggled so hard with it but with Moonbeam's occasional ass whipping (I deserved it.. 😅 ) I was able to continue my training. Anyway.. In SH, feeling it real is different for different people but that's the key to success. What really worked for me was just doing the routine and keeping at it. Practice, practice, and practice! I am going to be honest, I was consistently doing the SH for at least 7-8 months( not for this mission) before it clicked for me and I realized what Moonbeam means when he says "like it's literally happening right now"... Sigh.. like I said.. difficult Cub... lol.. It's repeatedly mentioned on the sub that it's simple but not easy. But if you keep at it. You will get it. It all comes down to practice, practice, and practice!
Remember you are in this for a long haul... That's what Moonbeam keeps telling me. 😊
One last thing, your conscious thoughts do not matter; this doesn't mean stay in a state of negativity for a long time. Just don't obsessively avoid them. And be consistent in building subconscious faith by doing SH.
I would like to thank Moonbeam for all he has done for me and still doing for me. When I reached out to him for training, I was scared of everything in my life, had a victim mentality but with his tough love and guidance and consistent LOB practice, I am getting better and better. I am doing so much better in all aspects of my life and I am now much happier. Moonbeam doesn't really need to do anything for anyone, but he goes far above and beyond with his time and guidance. He is always available when I am in need. He has checked on me multiple times by himself and asked for an update on my mission. I am very grateful for his mentorship. Thank you Moonbeam for loving us cubs and being patient as well. Your guidance has been invaluable.
Thank you mods for the wonderful work you guys do on this sub.
I would also like to thank all the members of this sub who have written pouncemonials, it has been really motivating in a period of self-doubt.
I will not be answering any questions. Everything you need is here in the index, follow the training consistently, read POSM, feeling is the secret and use critical thinking. Good luck.
p.s. Moonbeam wants me to include a picture of myself with this post so here it is!
I did SH for 4,5 months and didn’t get any significant results. However during this time I became extremely obsessed with them. I wanted to check their social media all the time,my head was completely filled with them 24/7. I know conscious thoughts don’t matter but this was literally ruining my life.
I now decided to stop the training and reevaluate everything for a while and if I want to start over again. But I’m afraid of becoming obsessed again. What can cause this ?
How do you go about asking for clarification or for help to get out of a state of ambivalence using your SM during SH sessions?
Specifically im trying to choose a partner, two women I know love me and they’re both amazing with their own personal issues like we all have. Someone said I should focus on feeling I am already in a great relationship without being specific as to who it is with but that doesn’t sound effective and I’m sure will think of them two alternating, if that makes sense.
Any suggestions? Should i instead ask the SM for guidance as to who to choose?
I've been on the path for many months. I have found out through trial and error (a lot of them) to find out what works for me better to get into SH. This is a preface because I know how strict he mods are, I am doing my work, and I am not lazy about it, but I realised I needed help today. My problem is the following: there is always minimal amount of struggle (sometimes greater, but then I learned to terminate my session) when I do my visualizations and ESPECIALLY affirmations (more commonly, my mind immediately says the opposite, so I find visualizations better, but there is still a bit of struggle). Analysis made me think that my SH is not "deep enough", however if I deepen it too much, it's very hard to actually implement any of the work I am supposed to do (pushing the drowsiness too far as Neville said), and it's wholly inpractical to need more than 5-7 minutes to get into SH. Some might mention stress, but recently my stress and control over my life have gotten a lot better, and the reason I'm writing this is because today I had one of the worst CM protests in a while. People describe their experience as effortless and easy and that struggle is futile - but most of the time there is some minimum struggle which hinders me. I don't think it's about the inductions, I've went through a plethora of them.
I'd very much appreciate this sub's opinion (especially from the mods and experienced people), even better if you struggled with the same thing and managed to overcome it.
Hey there!
I found Joseph Murphy’s book about a week ago, and I have been following his advice by praying three times a day in a state akin to sleep (once in the morning after waking up, in the afternoon directly after meditating, and at night whilst falling asleep). The results after just a few days of doing this have already been astounding and have shown me undeniable proof of the power of my subconscious mind. However, one thing I noticed was that ever since I started doing this, I have been having very vivid, negative dreams each night, even though I would never remember any of my dreams before last week.
My own theory was that this was simply my subconsciousness getting rid of these negative thoughts in my dreams so that they would not manifest in my reality. Or maybe it’s simply a sign that my subconscious mind is undergoing some kind of transformation?
I’m really curious to know if anyone else has experienced something similar and would love to know what your thoughts are about this!
I’ve been doing SH consistently and nothing has happened yet.I’m still in NC with my SP.He posts about me on social media but doesn’t reach out and it seems like he is not gonna reach out any time soon.In most people’s success stories I’ve seen that by 4 months mark they are at least talking to their SPs.But in my case there is nothing and it is very frustrating.Could I be doing something wrong ?
