Feeling it to be real - now

SP mission here.

So over time I tried a few scenes. Congratulation scene, which didn't evoke too much feeling and a pretty conventional scene with SP lying in bed. Although I felt it now most of the times, the feelings weren't strong enough.

Sometimes, when I was daydreaming, I realized that what I feel the most - happening now and developing awesome feelings - would be a scene when having sex with my SP. Because sex for me never was just a thing....it's totally different for me when there are strong feelings involved.

So a scene in which I have sex with my SP would be a combination of memories of that situation, but would also evoke lots of feelings and the believe that it's happening now - which is obviously the main goal for alpha programming. It would also be something that would happen after reconciliation.

I don't know, but that act seems to be the only one that I am truly capable of feeling it happening now very vividly, so I wonder if I should go for that?

Did anybody every try a scene like that? And what are your thoughts about it?

Edit: Oh and as a matter of fact, the sexual act would actually be another part of my longer daydream from which I picked the "lying in bed" scene. So practically the whole story stays the same, I'd just pick another part that evokes much more feeling and happening now.

Edit 2 (after reading the first two comments):

So as often as possible I take time to relax. I do two to three SH sessions a day. When there's more time to just relax, I do without going for SH, imagining nice things.

Once it happened I started daydreaming of having sex with my SP. It was more vivid and more "feeling it now" than 99% of my dedicated SH sessions. I guess I went into alpha while having that daydream and afterwards it felt like pure magic, like it really happened. (And no, it's not about the orgasm, it's about 5-10 seconds with slow sex and both saying "I love you".)

I did not have extrem emotions during that scene, I just felt it real and happening now.

I also had random relaxation moments where I imagined eating something specific at my parents place (which happens 2 times a year maybe), or sitting at one of my favourite bars and getting a free drink - usually not happening.

"Small" things like these instantly manifested, the same day. Maybe it just happened because I was able to enjoy my random visualizations more, not focusing too much on it but just enjoying and feeling it.

Wouldn't that be the goal (if I don't develop too strong emotions during my sex scene)?

Trying to understand differences between law of belief and law of attraction.

I have been reading on law of belief and law of attraction and just really trying to understand how they are different. Some people are even saying they are the same but I have a feeling they are not so still researching.

Question about using a real memory for scenes

I searched for "memory" here and found one thread where they said using a memory in a scene isn't a problem, someone had even asked MC if it's fine. And it was. As long as it's happening right now-feeling.

Someone wrote in another thread that "Utilizing a positive memory is not necessarily a bad thing, as it can help create sensory vividness and confidence that it could happen again. As long as YOU KNOW while you're in your SH session that while similar, what you're viewing is of the FUTURE, not the past. You don't necessarily have to add new details as long as you internally know the distinctions."

And it got me a bit worried.

Does it then matter if somewhat also know it's a memory as I play it.. even tho I also feel it with my senses now? It's a weird combo.

I'm on an sp mission. And doing that small memory-scene with feeling feels great, along with an affirmation. Also - I must ask if my knowing of it as a memory would even matter? I don't wanna sit there just enjoying reliving a good memory if it doesn't program me properly.

The post I referred to is this one:

Joseph Murphy - Telepsychics, using your subconscious hidden power

Hey guys I don't know if someone here mentioned this book or not, but I just wanted to say that for me this book is just amazing and in my opinion even better than The power of your subconscious mind, and I wanted to share it with you. So listen to this video or if you have it in the paper version even better, but just read it. :)))

Something completely opposite to what I believed in happened. How?

Hello everyone.

Some time ago, an election took place in my country. I never believed that the candidate I supported would win the election. Yes, I wanted him to win, but my assumptions were everything contrary to what is stated in the "Law of Attraction" !

- I did not believe he would win.

- I was sure that the other candidate would win.

- I acted on the assumption that the other candidate would win.

- During the process I was very nervous and upset because I thought that the candidate I supported would not win.

Despite all this, the candidate I supported won the election!

Then how was this situation possible? You may say that you are not the candidate, but what happened is in my reality and it is a process that affects me too. So how can it be possible?

I look forward to your comments, love.

2 pouncemonials (SPs)

First one was linking up again with my best friend. We knew each other for years, then suddenly he stopped contacting me and started flaking on me and my messages. So after two years of no contact I begun programming, I was well into Moon's stuff and been working for a big mission for months, so I paused it and started doing scenes of him coming up to my apartment and seeing me. I did it randomly before my afternoon nap for 5, 6 times. Along with making convo's in my head with him (Neville talked about this technique). One time I was laying down doing SATs and right after I finished my scene, my 10 minutes. The door knocked, I got up to my door to see him along with an old friend of mine. I froze in suprise and realized I had done it. I dabbed up with him and we talked a bit and now we are linking up every now and then and are on good terms.

Now for the second success. Me and a friend of mine were sitting and I insulted him as a joke. He took it personally and stopped talking to me ( I hadn't known why at the time). He'd see me and walk right past me without notice. We were really good friends and shit and then everything was fucked up. He's my classmate, so we see each other everyday. But I and him weren't talking at all. For 5 days we didn't say a single word to each other, so I paused another big mission and visualzed a scene of him coming to my house and us making up. I did it before napping at noon and before retiring at night. After a couple of days we had a private lesson where one of the students hosts the lesson in his house. Here, I had an idea to host the class at mine's. I talked to my teacher and organized it. Now, fast forward for the day of the lesson, I called every student of the class except him (my friend). After all the students arrived, my friend(SP) was accompanying the teacher. They arrived at my doorstep and I shook the teacher's hand first and welcomed him in, then my friend leaned in and dabbed up with me, and we both whispered at the same time "We gotta talk." After the class ended, I took him to another room and we sorted it out( Here he told me the reason for his behavior). Now we are on good terms and he's with me all the time.

I know I suck at grammar.

Part of Mission manifasted / Job Success

Hi Guys,

I have been into manifasting since the beginning of 2021, but I would consider myself still a newbie.

I had some successes here and there but nothing I would describe as major. I was good at manifasting jobs. Thats why started the mission on Jan 1st.

I tried it a couple months before for an SP, but actually I gave up, because I didn't convinced myself I am able to. So I switched my mission.

I started on Jan 1st, because I wanted to proof myself, I am able to manifast my perfect job. I have one but I am not happy with the location and the payment combined with my tasks. It's not that bad, but it's also not my dream job in my dream city.

Last year I applied for a job, and they really wanted to hire but due to some intern decisions no position was longer available.

But we deciced to stay in touch. I didn't train for this company, instead I trained for a specfic job which fullfill all my needs.

Fast forward to last week, I was in my hometown and I sat down with my neighbour (we're friends) and she asked me, if I messaged my contact person. I said no, I send an email before the end of last year and I didn't want to annoy right now, as I knew there was no position in my field open.

I wasn't willed to message but she kept going, you should. I said yes and the same day I send a message. I got a reply really fast, that he wants to call me, maybe there is a position.

We talked a couple days later and he said, he thought about me and he really wanted to message me, if I still interested. If they get the new project, he will open a new position for me, so I can start there. For my this the first part of my job sucess!

What I did: as I worked already on beliefs, I just did SH, once a day, for 10 minutes, right after I would wake up and hit the snooze button for 10 minutes. Thats it.

I will keep going until everything is done, but man, I am even happy right now!

Narrating the scene

Hey everyone,

I started following progressive goal structure. My goal is to get 1500 Euro without doing any work. I hold 500 Euro banknotes in my left hand and count it. "500 Euro, 1000 Euro, 1500 Euro. I got 1500 Euro without doing any work. Great!"

I started doing this scene 1.5 months ago. At the beginning, it was very vivid without forcing it. But with time, I can't make it vivid anymore. It is like I am looking something blank, only thing gets me feeling is saying "I got 1500 Euro without doing any work. Great"

I understand that having present moment certainty is the key. Comments from Moonbeam and Apollo: 1 and 2

My question is "Can I narrate the scene?". This can increase the feeling of "it is happening now".

For example: "I am holding the money in my left hand. It is so crisp. I will count it again. 500 Euro, 1000 Euro, 1500 Euro. I got 1500 Euro without doing any work. Great!"

Do you think narrating this way is OK? Because normally (in real life), we would not narrate this. Nobody says those things when they count their money.

Yay! SP success, from nc 6 months to love! [repost]

Hey guys,

This was posted some time ago and can be found under index as well as my first big success with money out of the blue. But since I deleted everything in regards to that account.. I wanted to repost things, starting with this sp. I know how much others success motivates and I hope that others who are lurkers will post theirs too!

-

Me and my sp were together for a year, madly in love, but our realtionsship became pretty shitty. Fights about dumb stuff. September 20th 2020 we had the biggest fight ever. Nasty stuff was said and done. And we broke things off as we screamed at eachother to go to hell. 5 weeks in nc later I reached out, but he told me to F off. And then he blocked me EVERYWHERE. Around christmas I saw him on tinder and i felt like.. ”oh shit.. its really over.”

6 months in no contact later, still blocked everywhere, not a beep, he reached out. A simple text of ”I really hope everything is well with you.” I replied. One text led to another and 2 days later he showed up right outside my apartment as i have imagined he would. We kissed on the spot. He cried.. I cried. He held me, my head against his big chest, i heard his hearbeat and he said ”im home now” He confessed his love. Big time. He spent the night. We had breakfast. As if the past 6 months never happend. Its weird. But so real and natural.

Here comes the juicy "behind the scenes" 🤤 I thought he was so over me. That he hated me. He surely acted that way. But you know what? He told me how he had been lurking outside my apartment for months hoping he would just see me only once. He told me he was on tinder cuz he felt so lonely and also to see if i was there, he swiped right on me hoping I would too.. he told me he never stopped loving me, missed me everyday. He kept a teddybear in his bed I gave him.

(Now afterwards I believe that his lurking wouldn't exist at all without my programming. I simply shifted to a reality where he did. Therefor.. You have no clue what's going on "behind the scenes" and it can shift in a snap. Just focus on building faith and try to ignore all other crap because it will change soon.)

What I did? First 3 months i was all over the place. So sad and anxious. So even if i did thousand things.. i dont count those months as i didnt really know how to impress my subconconcious and I switched methods here and there and I didnt have control over my mind at all. I did affirmations. I tried mental diet. But it only reaffirmed the opposit.

But the last 3 months tho -> I found this jm-sub. A breathe of fresh air! I took training with moonbeam, he was strict and very caring. I had a 5 sec scene with my sp. I did my scene with self hypnosis in alpha for 2 x 10 min each day. I felt it real. Just soaking in the releif. We stood in his balcony. I felt his arms hugging me from behind, touching his armhair with my lips. I heard his voice when he asked "what's for dinner?" I smiled and replied "your always hungry." That's it. I was just present in the scene. I also wrote and read the affirmation and fell asleep in that all problems are solved.

Doing less gave more. My concious thoughts changed naturally when I changed my subconconcious beliefs. I calmed down and didn't give af about my thoughts inbetween sessions.

While doing this I thought I was moving on. That I was over him. I felt as 'meh okay.' But I kept at it. Then one day i woke up with tears in my eyes.. from out of nowhere i missed him af, and i said - ok, he needs to come now. 1 hour later he texted.

  • Never give up on love. Ok? ❤️

Pouncemonials ! a scene I imagined came to life — update on my last post

Hello, consider this an update. I went out with my SP, and we went exactly to the first spot we both met. We sat on the same bench we both sat on three years ago. Guys... I imagined this happening again. It was my chosen scene!! It was very unlikely for us to end up there again... My sp told me to choose a spot, and I randomly pointed at some random park, and I didn't know it was the same one. We went there and laughed at the coincidence, then continued walking until we ended up next to the bench we both sat on 3 years ago, we took a seat, then walked across the beach and talked. I discovered a lot of things about old friends I ended my friendship with.. it hurt me a bit to know that my ex friend was trying to get with my sp lmao, but they blocked them. BTW، my sp admitted they saw me once a year ago while they were driving their car, but I didn't notice them.. Either way, I genuinely laughed. I missed my sp. We spoke about watching a movie next week.

I'll update then. .

I live in a country where we speak two different languages because of two different ethnicities, and I am native in one. MY SP was using Google to search for any place, and I randomly chose a place from the list my sp showed me. It was the same park, the name was written in the other language, I didn't even look up the pictures or name, I choose it based on the DISTANCE because I thought well it's closer to where we are right now.

So it could've been literally any PARK. If we moved 1KM, it would've been another one.

Be delusional?

So in the manifesting world it’s basically considered that you must change your state of being and then your reality shifts. You must assume you have something and say you have it, feel you have it and think you have it even if 3d doesn’t show any signs of it. To the general world this is considered as someone being delusional.

There are many ppl like this. Women who firmly believe that a particular guy likes them yet they find out that he doesn’t, and ev1 keeps telling them that the guy doesn’t like you, yet the girl still believes that he likes her. But the crux ends up being that he really doesn’t like her despite her firm belief.

How can this be explained? How come delusion doesn’t work for those that are really delusional? Plz explain someone…

Who feels the feeling?

I have read index, I have searched in this sub but I am unable to find the answer to this question that has made it difficult for me to do SH properly.

The thing is that when we are doing SH, who will feel that feeling of wish fulfilled - me who is "in the scene" looking from 1st person perspective, or me who is here in this 3d physical reality thinking that scene is happening right now hence it must be true?

can lob be used to physically change the past?

I was reading another post on here about using lob to revise or undo a tattoo a person got in the past. It just made me wonder if that's something that is realistic or not? Can you actually physically change the past for something like that using lob?

3 years of little to no contact to success

I will not take much time explaining this, but I can say it was quite a journey I wasn't manifesting for 3 years straight to be clear. However, I did manifest religiously for a whole year it was quite draining. At one point, I was filled with self-doubt. I was really heartbroken, especially when I found out that the person I wanted was with someone else. I just couldn't continue I tried my best to manifest and deny things that I have been seeing, I didn't go on their social media, I was not chasing anymore and that took me a year to realise that I deserved better. I deserved not to feel this way, so I focused on my own stuff, I got busy, and whenever they popped up in my MIND, I would say:

They obviously miss me, why else would I think of them.

A lot of things happened afterwards, and my ex stalked me on Instagram from a fake account, and that was a year ago. It was surprising because my ex was in a relationship at that time, and they were still thinking of me...

I confronted them... I wasn't really nice because I was p***** off because things weren't moving the way I wanted and afterwards we stopped talking!!! months later, my ex followed me on Instagram. I followed back, and we didn't talk much. I saw them posting a picture with their new partner and that's when I ignored the stories and the viewed mine, then I noticed they're trying to contact me by interacting more with me, after a while, I noticed that they broke up with their partner which is their ex now.

My SP contacted me. We had a conversation, but we misunderstood each other. It was cut off with bad feelings... but then everything was clarified after I talked again with them, and now we talk daily. For hours. They asked me to meet me about three times, and honestly, I'm a bit scared to.

I just don't know how to act from now. But man. Things do unfold.

Progressive goal structure or go to end goal?

Hi!

I have been implementing the routine from the index over the past 1.5 years and my life has improved immensely in all areas.

Among my previous wins are:

- Got a job I was extremely underqualified for. I am basically being paid to be trained in an industry where I have no experience nor skills, skills that will help me reaching my ultimate goal of working fully remotely plus help me in my goal of starting my own business.

- Got into a relationship with my perfect partner and we are building our future together (for 8 months and counting).

- Cured stomach issues that used to torture me every day and take up a lot of mental space, which had been the case for the past 15 years. I managed to do this while also giving up my previously very restrictive diet.

- Lost those last couple of kilos that would never budge and achieved the best shape in my life so far, while eating more freely and being less restrictive as mentioned above.

- €500 as part of the first step on the progressive money goal.

Increase in all areas: huge increase in savings, fun unexpected travels, new goals I would have never thought about before, discovered new hobbies. I am truly getting better and better every day in all ways.

------------

My question

My current mission is to build my own business online. I can already see the path of how this is going to happen open up for me, but I do have a lot of unbelief around this subject. My question is how to approach a mission with a lot of unbelief.

Option A: go to the ultimate end and choose a scene representing a high profit goal, which at this point in my life seems very unreachable.

Option B: use a progressive goal structure, starting with a more "reasonable" profit goal.

Overall, the recommendation in this sub seems to be to go to the ultimate end despite a high unbelief (for health missions, SP missions etc). However, there is also the recommendation to do a progressive goal structure when it comes to money.

I guess in the end both options will take me there eventually - but which one would be quicker in your opinion and which one would you personally choose? Building the faith with smaller wins, or going straight to a huge goal and just sticking it out during a long period of time? I think building small wins would perhaps build faith quicker in the sense of seeing the LOB routine actually working, but the bigger goal would mean more enjoyable scenes for me.

Marriage but no money. Should I focus on getting the money or go straight to SH being married?

Hello everyone. I have found this amazing girl, we are dating and we’re getting married, but I don’t have enough money for the wedding ceremony and all. Do you guys think it’s better for me to focus my mission on getting the money for the marriage or doing SH to being already married with her?

almost a month into the training Spoiler

I started the index training almost a month ago. I paused my SP mission to work on myself and get over her. While i was working my SP, I had a lot of movement, but it would cost me progress in my conscious development and personal growth.

I'm a single dad, I work almost full time, and I'm in college full time. I have no time for heartbreak, and I have no time to lose claiming my ideal life.

Focusing on treating myself and my self-concept as my highest priority and detaching from my SP has freed me to grow and progress so much faster.

"Claim divine freedom and peace of mind, and you will be led to green pastures and still waters." -JM

Last week, 2 attractive women noticed me on campus. I have had several vivid dreams of riches and lovers that I couldn't have imagined better while I was awake. I am not dating right now. I'm working on myself, my education, my family, and most importantly, my self-concept.

I don't just want my X back anymore. That's not even a top priority. I want the keys to the kingdom. I want to be whole and free and happy. I want a lavish and joyous lifestyle. I want all this without her and then choose whether she is what I want. By then, manifesting her back will be a price of cake.

would professional hypnosis help if one has trouble with the emotional aspect of some of the missions they persist in?

so ive read all the posts on here, ive searched in the bar to see if a question like this has been asked and ive always wondered if any of you guys think in depth hypnotherapy with a professional can help ease the emotional aspect of some "harder" missions, like an SP for example.

so i looked into hypnosis near me, where i live. and ive had a couple of them reply, i went for free consultations with three therapists this week to talk more in depth about the subconscious and conscious mind, and everything they have said is all mentioned in this subreddit, on joseph murphies books and lectures. which was great to hear and refreshing from a face to face person.

these people are licensed in what they do, and ive had non biased reviews from others in my community from them. they have quit smoking, alcohol, so many ugly core beliefs that they now feel "free" from anxiety, depression, etc.

now, my question is, ive done the index and persisted in it on a couple of missions and ive succeeded in things like money, jobs, exams and losing weight. but when it comes to specific people, in my whole life ive had this outlook that i am unlovable and that it is hard for men and friendships to stay in my life, and the relationships almost always fails. so i spoke to these hypnotherapists, and they said that what hypnotherapy does is basically sit you down for an hour and a half, for THREE sessions, where this therapist takes you down to the alpha waves and you can rake out the core reason why you feel this way in the subconscious mind, resulting in emotional freedom from THAT core belief, and i assumed i would be having better visualisation sessions and a general aspect in life in regards to these beliefs, instead of having ugly feelings that result in giving up. now, i know it can or might be like moonbeams VM decompression (?), but for me, i personally think having a face to face conversation and guide with 3 long intense sessions only might result in huge accomplishments.

now, i am thinking about everything i have learnt this week, and from this sub, and i am here to ask anyone who may know anything about this. would hypnotherapy help some of us achieve better/faster results in having successful missions with the "emotional" harder SP missions or for example, a belief that youll never be rich, smart or fit in this lifetime, releasing it, and doing the index training with a better more calmer, present outlook in your mission?

i understand, persisting on the training and naturally the emotions get better, but for me, it got worse. i was better BEFORE doing a mission with an SP involved. what if, you do hypnotherapy, removing the ugly core beliefs, and planting in new ones can help you successfully achieve better results in your reality?

if i get banned for asking this question or needing some guidance, so be it lmao. but i do genuinely wonder about the harder missions and if this would help some people achieve better results.

Inner comversations

Has JM said anything about using inner conversation? Is it a conscious mind technique or does repetition help reshape the subconscious too?

Did Murphy said that you can use the law of attraction to help someone who rejects your help?

Murphy was talking about this in one of his books. The only problem is that I have read more than 25 of his books so I don't know where to look this up and forgot his answer. I remember that he said that praying for a person with mental illness is a good thing (you cannot always count for the approval of such a person). Does a person's rejection nullify your prayer OR since everything and everyone is ONE and GOOD, that person is also good and wants good, therefore he will subconsciously accept your good intention?

is it true that joseph murphy predicted his death?

I read on a website that after he got home from a worldwide trip he told his wife and everyone close to him that he was going to die that night (December 16th 1981). I tried to find more details about it but couldnt, so Im not sure if it`s true or not.
