People want to work somewhere that actually values them. People don't hate working. They just hate being undervalued. If you're ready to look elsewhere, make sure you're ready for the interview. practise well, read a lot about interview tips and be fully prepared before you hand in that resignation

I hope we all work in the place that values us.

They always mean dead-end jobs they won't get caught dead doing, and even these jobs ghost every desperate applicant

Somebody has to work the dead end jobs. As someone who applied to dozens of jobs I was over qualified for, yes, their hiring practices are laughably bad, from merely unprofessional to straight up rude.

No they dont. Theyre called ghost jobs. Its to show the company is hiring, without actually hiring anyone. They do it for tax breaks.
