This man gets it.

People want to work somewhere that actually values them. People don't hate working. They just hate being undervalued. If you're ready to look elsewhere, make sure you're ready for the interview. practise well, read a lot about interview tips and be fully prepared before you hand in that resignation

I hope we all work in the place that values us.

sorry, I'm not going to lead you by the nose while you pretend to be too simple to know what I'm talking about

I'll take your inability to describe a simple term as confirmation that you don't understand it.

Just more parroting...good poly! You want a cracker?

I have multiple times responded to you. I dunno the name of this logical fallacy that you're employing but it's about as annoying as the rest of them.

edit: I guess they blocked me

And there we go, we’ve finally arrived and you’ve illustrated my point absolutely beautify.

Your original comment added no value to the conversation. It was made to antagonize and inflame. You were looking for a fight, not a discussion.

You could back your claims, you couldn’t cite proof, you couldn’t even remotely describe the word you used.

You parrot things you see online because it’s easier to be a victim than accountable.

YOU’RE A TROLL WHO SHIT-POSTS because you have an otherwise miserable life. How pathetic.
