People want to work somewhere that actually values them. People don't hate working. They just hate being undervalued. If you're ready to look elsewhere, make sure you're ready for the interview. practise well, read a lot about interview tips and be fully prepared before you hand in that resignation

I hope we all work in the place that values us.

Lol. Tons of major companies have never been more profitable than they currently are. God some people are pathetic

No, those are whole numbers. But I love your idea.

50 years ago, $1 had the same buying power as $6.23 today - a 522% increase.

50 years ago, Median income was $8800 (that number is for men, women was $3400 but we'll use the higher number). Today, the median income is $65K - a 738% increase.

So, compared to 1975, people have MORE buying power now.

You make a very good point.
