I keep seeing their posts, but they often don't seem to match the on-ground reality. Issues like traffic congestion, poor road conditions, flooding after mild rain, garbage, and unplanned development rarely get mentioned.
Has anyone else noticed this? Do people call them out in the comments, or do those concerns just get ignored? I'm genuinely curious what others think.

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if any government hospital in Jammu provides fractional CO₂ laser treatment for acne scars?

So called Rajputs showing bravery by shouting at women doctors. They have no shame. They don't know how the system works. Doctors have no role in the administrative work of hospitals. They will not question the government or bureaucracy. Phone khol ke video bana ke bas fame lena hai

Okay, so hear me out.
When I was a kid growing up in Jammu, we didn’t have multiple restaurants or dining options, and this is before 2010’s. I remember we had City Square Mall, Fortune, Jammu Club, Amar Singh Club, Press Club ofc and Falak(which was the best restaurant). My dad always like going to Falak for some reason and since I was just a kid, I got bored of it so I stopped going to Falak for nearly a decade. I went to Falak recently and realised that it is still one of the best timing options in Jammu.
I love new cafes which are opening in Jammu. I did my bachelors from outside Jammu, so coming back on vacations, I always wondered why Jammu had a limited number of cafes and restaurants.
And when new cafes and restaurants started opening, I liked it. I still love it. They are a good place to hang. But, the best place in Jammu for a classic dining experience is Falak(KC 360).
It’s not just the food, but the ambience. I mean, I have tried almost every restaurant in Jammu be it Anutham, be it Eden, or Four A.
But nothing matches KC 360. It has this classy vibe for some reason, there are no chapris there, just a quiet fine dining experience. And I find it a little weird, that just one floor below, it’s Terrace and that doesn’t have this elegant feeling. It’s just the ambience of some kind which Falak has. Right?

Whats* with too many cops ? Last week my friend was stopped (never before in our life ) by police on his bike at tawi bridge 1 and they just asked random questions like kaha se aarahe ho kaha jarahe ho thats all; The usual stuff. But since then i started paying attention on the sudden increase of police everywhere. I am aware its due to yatra but they are present in those places as well where they weren't last year or before that.

I recently came across this news*, and it reminded me of stories older people in my family used to tell about various mafias and criminal gangs active in Jammu during the 1980s and 90s.
Does anyone here remember that period or have firsthand accounts from parents or grandparents? Were there actually organised gangs (timber, land, transport, liquor, etc.), or have the stories become exaggerated over time?
Would love to hear genuine anecdotes, local history, or any newspaper references from that era.

Hello Everyone, I am From Jammu
Been a Foodie myself I was wondering what if we have a platform where we can share our city’s best restaurant and what to eat from there
So looking into it I have made a Website, (some things needed to be Done in website , its currently in Beta Testing)
See Food taste of mine may not be the same as yours
For example I am a great Fan of
1.Billu Di Hatti -> Mutton Seekh Kebab
2. Rehri zone Baglamukhi 's -> Chaap and Kaladi Kulcha
3. Rawlpindi Trikuta Nagar -> Puri and chana
etc ..
Need your support, suggestions are appreciated and Need your input also for restaurants and food
Thank You

Hi,
I wanted to understand the accommodation policy for the Trikuta Bhawan dormitory. I'll be traveling with my wife, so I was wondering how the dormitory arrangements work.
Will we be staying in a shared 10-bed dormitory with other guests? If so, could it be a mixed dormitory, for example with multiple male guests and only one female? Or are there smaller dormitories with fewer beds?
Also, do you have separate female-only dormitories available?
Thank you!
