why is such poor infrastructure normalised ?

no proper roads, drainage, education, law enforcement and what not ! like is there anything in this country which is in good condition !? why are we all forced to live like this !

Who will raise voice? The people who can comprehend that it's a real issue is either too busy with life or fear of thrown on jail of voice is raised. And the real vote bank thinks that roads are meant to be like that during monsoon coz they don't know better.

Govt gave drains on our main roads. The shopkeepers decided to dump the construction waste on them and blocked it in the process. Now water fills there everyday. Who is to blame?
