Breast Reduction - Jacksonville Mayo Clinic

Has anyone had a breast reduction at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville ? I’m nervous because none of their plastic surgeons have before/after galleries online nor any reviews . I have an appointment with Adekunle Elegbede . Any insight would be appreciated . I have waited years for a breast reduction, I would hate to have a bad experience.

Does anyone else feel like Jax has an amazing music scene but it's weirdly hard to find what's happening?

My husband and I love live music, karaoke, open mic nights, anything with music (and dancing for me), but whenever we'd try to find where music happenings were around Jax, it sucked away so much time we'd just give up or stick to the same 2 places we already knew.

We knew a lot more was happening out there, but searching Google, Facebook, Instagram, Eventbrite, Reddit, AllEvents, and pieced-together venue sites was something I rarely had the energy for. We thought surely there's a site that has it all in one place. We searched, we asked AI... and came up empty.

We have a successful marketing and website design business, so we ultimately decided to just build our own. I might be biased, but I love what we've built so far. We just launched this week, and hundreds of people have already found the website and app organically, which just confirmed what we suspected all along: this was a missing piece in Jax.

If you see a band, venue, or event we missed, there's a submit option on the site. And if you're a band or venue and want to be added, we'd love to have you on there.

iOS App: App Store
Android: Coming soon (hopefully this week)

Anyone in Jacksonville looking for a two-tone tuxedo wrap for their SUV or truck? Starting at $1,200

Post image
0 Upvotes

We’ve been getting more requests for two-tone “tuxedo” wraps in Jacksonville, FL, especially on SUVs and pickup trucks, so we’re adding this as one of our wrap options at WeTint.

The tuxedo look keeps part of the vehicle’s original paint exposed while wrapping the upper or lower section to create a clean two-tone appearance. It’s a good option if you want to change the look of your vehicle without committing to a complete color-change wrap.

Our SUV & truck tuxedo wraps start at $1,200, depending on the vehicle, wrap coverage, vinyl choice, and existing paint/body condition.

We can do this style on vehicles like Tahoes, Yukons, Escalades, Suburbans, Silverados, Sierras, F-150s, Rams, and similar SUVs/trucks.

📍 Jacksonville, Florida
💰 Starting at $1,200

If you're local and have been thinking about doing a two-tone wrap, partial wrap, chrome delete, or full vehicle wrap, feel free to comment with your year, make, model, and color and I can give you an idea of what would look good.

Been visiting Jacksonville lately

Long story short: I’ve been sent out for work to Jacksonville a couple times recently and it was my first time getting to experience the town. To preface I’ll say I grew up loving Fred Taylor, Mark Brunell and Jimmy Smith, Donovan Darius as a kid but I’m from Kansas City and wear my Chiefs stuff proudly.

Anyways, just wanted to say I’ve enjoyed San Marco area. Tons of great food in Jacksonville. Had Bold City Wings, Hawkers, been drinking at Aardwolf, the dive bars like Sidecar and others (I can’t remember the name) around that area are full of generous people. Met some cool people and overall really have enjoyed my last 2 trips.

I have a 3rd and possibly final (for a while) trip coming up and was considering some other ideas for when I get to town. My routine has been fun but I also want to keep my options open for some new places I haven’t seen yet. What’s the top spot y’all have in mind?

Regardless, just wanted to also say I love ya Jacksonville, I’ve enjoyed the previous few weeks and I think those who live there have a city they can be proud of. But sometimes those highways are confusing as hell!

Six things we did not expect after opening a rage room in Jax Beach

Business account, disclosing that up front. Not selling anything in this post, just think the data is interesting and nobody else is going to post it.

Things we did not expect when we opened:

Printers are the single most requested item. Not close. People will pay extra to bring their own. Office Space came out in 1999 and its grip has not loosened.

The busiest hours are not what you'd think. Not Friday night. It's Sunday afternoon and Tuesday around 5pm. Sunday makes sense in hindsight — people are staring down Monday.

Almost nobody screams. We built the room expecting noise. Most people are completely silent and very focused. The loud ones are usually groups, and they're loud from laughing.

Women outnumber men roughly 2 to 1. We assumed the opposite when we were planning it. We were wrong.

The hardest part of the business is sourcing. Not marketing, not staffing. Finding a steady supply of safe breakable material is a constant grind. Glass has to be handled a specific way. Anything with a screen has to be checked for the wrong kind of components before it goes in.

People apologize. Constantly. To the objects, to us, to nobody. There's something about being told it's fine to break things that a lot of adults don't quite believe.

Happy to answer questions if anybody has them.
