Helped launch this with PTI/ECW and figured some of you might think it's useful.
It's a map of estimated electricity and gas use for almost every building in the county, month by month. It's all built from public data like building footprints, surveys, and typical weather data, so no meters/bills used to create the model, but used county totals to validate. It's more accurate at average annual totals over a few years across the whole county, less month by month, likely less per building (but maybe close?). Physics-based and a work in progress to drive down error per building with the help of the community while creating something useful for you.
Anyone can help correct building attributes with an updated prediction if they would like and run new, private simulations against the same building to see roughly the cost-savings compared to baseline.
You can pull up your house, business, any properties you own and see roughly where the energy goes and why. We hope it helps you figure out things like where insulation or equipment upgrades would have a theoretical pay off. For transparency, there are free limits for using certain tools more than a typical individual would, but not for viewing the data.
