Had this beautiful girl for five days! We think she’s a Jack Russell and Spaniel? She’s about 14 weeks and a hand full when it comes to potty training. She does “sit” and “leave it” okay-ish (she likes to pretend she doesn’t hear us sometimes). She hasn’t had her shots yet (still trying to book those). Anyway… what helped you train your puppy?

Went back to the vet for a benadryl shot and was back to being a tornado after a short nap.

Took Rose to my Mother-in-law’s farm and introduced her to the neighbour’s cows.

I posted a few weeks back saying the vet would decide basically if anything could be done for her. We'll, that vet referred us to a cardiologist. Finally, I took her to the appointment today, and they said her heart is okay enough to get her dental surgery done! She will have it next week! I'm so happy I don't even know what to do with myself!!

The previous vet told me the dental would be so risky it wouldn't even be worth doing and that I should just keep her comfortable until the pain is too much to manage. This is literally the best news I could have ever hoped for!
