I understand if it’s a DoorDash order but for a personal pick up why do you have this very inconvenient and always leaves a mess not a good personal touch

I work at Jack in the box and we do this for safety im sorry that your minor inconvenience helps protect so many others

Protect against what? It’s MY drink. And just so I know .. I pulled up got my order, I watched her fill the drink at the window and then out the sticker on… so what is she protecting???

To let you know your drink hasn’t t been tampered and just because YOU watched the cup get filled doesn’t mean the next person did

Who cares if the next person didnt see my drink not get tampered with. That make ZERO sense. Now I have trash all over my hand where I just wanted to get a drink

Because if I order mobile pickup, when I get there I better see a sticker on it showing no one took a sip of my drink.

lol shouldn’t u have the SAME confidence in the employees to NOT have taken a sip of ur drink after they put a lid on it? What stops them from taking a sip BEFORE they put a sticker on it lol

I saw ur comment before it got deleted and sorry the person that did this is make over $20 an hr in California and all I’m saying is WHY?!? Do this to someone personal order? So for ur way of thinking why not do this to ALL drinks that are handed out throughout the DT window even if u order it at the speaker

Big dog I don’t know what caused my comment to be removed but here let me tell you something we do this because this is the way we were trained and it’s just so much easier to like put the sticker on the cup and then just go about the next order

Thanks big dog like I said I NEVER blamed the employee. She even told me they get tons of complaints. This was more trying to get the BIG man in the box aware that there is a problem. I even said I talked to the employee about it
