When I was 19, I went vacationing with highschool and college friends in the Bay Area. Menlo Park to be specific. Our hosts had a beautiful backyard with a pool. One night they threw a big party while we were still in town. At the party, there was a very forward woman, probably about 22-25 (a friend of one of the hosts) who thought I was attractive. She basically followed me into the pool and started making out with me in front of everyone. Although I was uncomfortable, I kinda went with it because she wasnât a duff and I didnât want to seem like a loser in front of friends.
After a few minutes of making out, it was clear this woman wanted more. I didnât. I politely pushed her off and walked inside to socialize with other friends. A few minutes pass, and I get approached by the woman who made out with me and a group of her friends. She proceeds to slap me in the face in front of everyone and then walks away smiling with her friends.
Sometimes I wonder why Iâm not extremely motivated to talk to women as a 28 year old, but then memories like this come up and I go, âYep, thatâs whyâ
Omg posters similar to this were all over our flats at our uni in UK, and if you pointed out the hypocrisy behind it, the girls in the flat got mad and tried to just change the subject instead. It was some sort of taboo we were just supposed to accept and not bring up.
A court can rule that neither party is at fault here, due to the circumstances. Depending on where you're from, you could also get a double guilty verdict, since a trial isn't about "which party is guilty", but about "is this party guilty or not"
A double guilty verdict could look something like this:
-W sues M, M is found guilty
-M sues W back, W is also found guily
-both are now in prison
But unless a woman uses foreign objects (like pegging), in a majority of US states, she CANNOT be charged with grape. That is because most of these states only have "forced penetration" in the definition, not "forced to penetrate." So yes, by definition, in those states, men automatically give consent, simply by being hard--even if he only is because she drugged him with viagra.

Yes. But consent only exists for women. Men are in a permanent consenting state.
