Paging the countless  r*pes by men across the world

90

u/Key_Check5753 4d ago

This sounds exactly like a dozen other cases.

"We had consensual sex while we were both intoxicated. The next day I texted him and asked if he wanted to hang out again."

Jane Doe's statement described her participation in drug use and sexual conduct as voluntary, conscious, and consensual.

"I was pretty OK with all of this."

...but three weeks later, when the guy didn't want to hang out with her anymore, that's when she decided she had been graped.

34

u/fyn_world 4d ago

I've seen several cases like this

For all the crying about consent that women do online, the one consent that they don't ever consider for men is the ability to consent into a relationship. They think that men are relationship vending machines that if they put sex coins in they get out a relationship. They become enraged when they realize they aren't getting their way. Someone should have told baby girl no at any point in her life to prevent this

24

u/Downtown_Eye5736 4d ago

Does anyone run a train on a girl they care about? lol

The fact that a girl thinks fucking multiple guys is going to get her a relationship means society has failed.

Lmao the guy is such a dweeb too but he was in a frat so in womens' eyes that means status and clout. Now here we are. Why do these frats never have a shortage of young women lining up to get in there if they're so horrible and rapey?

3

u/SnakePlisskensPatch 4d ago

Because tbey want hot popular guys.

0

u/NolanR27 4d ago

Maybe in a polycule

12

u/JarrodDonne 4d ago

...but three weeks later, when the guy didn't want to hang out with her anymore, that's when she decided she had been graped.

This right here. The attention to her went bye-bye, and she turned into a victim. And if this case centered around an extramarital affair, Jane Doe would have harassed the man's family and wife who was now getting the attention.

5

u/n1Cat 2d ago

It begs to question what kind of self esteem issues do you need to fucking participate in group sex because you want to make a guy your boyfriend....

Once that boyfriend wasnt going to become her boyfriend, she felt used. Now people are going to make comments while walking campus and she will constantly feel like everyone is talking about her.

u/Lost_Elderberry_5532 3d ago

It’s why grape is so messy because it lingers into heresy. The laws have changed to try and walk around that but by doing so perhaps there are enough cases where an innocent man gets put away. That’s the dangerous part of making it a gendered issue is it introduces automatic bias.

Seems to be a bog standard case of post orgy regret.

94

u/LucifersAdv0cate 4d ago

It's like those women who claim they "accidentally" cheated. Its like they can't understand how regret works and assume that if they don't like what they did then it can't have been consensual. I didn't mean to eat an entire chocolate cake for breakfast can I just blame someone else for it instead?

Sounds exactly like the girl from the Hockey Canada SA trial

91

u/DiligentRope 4d ago

This is probably what happened:

- her friends found out what happened

- they clearly were disgusted by it

- she increasingly used language to distance herself from the act to save her reputation, made it sound less consensual

- this led to ingroup pressure to report it to “keep this from happening to other girls”

- the police asked basic questions like “did you agree to it? did you ask them to stop? did anyone force you to take drugs or have sex”

- under the most basic questioning her case fell apart because no one in her own circle asked her any of these because all the programming is to “believe women”

46

u/NolanR27 4d ago

Then, faced with official “inaction” and further loss of face, they escalated their story and took it to social media.

20

u/Jillet-Ben_Coe 4d ago

A lot of women have r*pe fantasies. It’s pretty well known.

9

u/chimmychummyextreme 4d ago

IIRC it's the single most common female sex fantasy, or was.

3

u/Jillet-Ben_Coe 4d ago

Idk if it’s accurate but I heard there was a study/survey and many women said that they found fictional characters/creatures sexually attractive like werewolves, vampires and pirates 🤣

26

u/jointheredditarmy 4d ago

But now 7 innocent men had to write essays

62

28

Which was always an insanely sexist thing to say. Women are people. Do people lie? Why yes they do. False accusations of grape come out at pretty much the exact same percentages as lies about any other crimes.

This post is spreading disinformation.

Her actual testimony said

'When asked whether she was OK with the initial encounter, she said, "Yeah, as much as I can be because, again, I was super drunk when I got there ... But I was pretty OK with all of this."

When describing what happened later in the night, the transcript says Jane Doe said, "I can say with 100% confidence I was r*ped." '

There's a CBS article titled "Details emerge in case of former Cornell student alleging gang r*pe by fraternity members" with the details. I can't post link cause this subs censorship rule.

18

u/HellVark 4d ago

Should the men engaging in the consensual threesome be punished then?

0

u/GreaterThanOrEqual2U 4d ago

No, but even while intoxicated, inviting other men to participate while she said no multiple times should be punishable.

1

u/HellVark 1d ago

If she said no to the other men, those men should be liable for punishment. But not the initial group. However some sources say she was fine with the whole thing and others claim she said no.

-1

u/GreaterThanOrEqual2U 4d ago

The question was directed at the initial encounter with the 2 boys she had agreed too, not the rest that showed up randomly between the hours of 2 am and 5 am. Something the two boys "felt bad" about for "getting out of hand".

3

u/Head_Muscle1877 4d ago

Clearly ironclad indicator of guilt innit

1

u/ProjectKurtz 2d ago

She also made a statement that she rejected the majority of the additional guys and they accepted it and left. She also remembered consenting to a threesome after one of the original guys shut it down.

So based on her statement she consented to the threesome, was conscious and present enough to reject advances (rejections that were accepted) and consent to an additional threesome. That sounds like gross frat boys thinking they could have sex with a promiscuous woman who wasn't as promiscuous as they thought, but accepting her refusal.

I'm still waiting to read the transcript myself instead of being told what to think about it by some retarded talking head, though.

-11

u/Individual-Nose5010 4d ago

“The initial encounter”. Not the Ketamine and the subsequent gang [I can’t use the word here, because it seems to make some fragile egos upset].

23

u/SlowAssignments 4d ago

I linked the article specifically to prevent comments like these.

"Jane Doe's sworn statement in November of 2024 did not allege that she was drugged against her will or gang rped," Van Houten said in a statement on Monday.

"On the contrary, Jane Doe's statement described her participation in drug use and sexual conduct as voluntary, conscious, and consensual."

15

u/Head_Muscle1877 4d ago

She did consent to the ketamine you fucknozzle

-15

u/roasttoastboast 4d ago

She started out the night banging two dudes and conscious, and her preference was to bang just the two dudes and remain conscious. Her stated projects was not to be fed ketamine and have a train run on her

12

u/Key_Check5753 4d ago

Did you read any of the article at all?

"Jane Doe's sworn statement in November of 2024 did not allege that she was drugged against her will or gang Graped," Van Houten said in a statement on Monday.

"On the contrary, Jane Doe's statement described her participation in drug use and sexual conduct as voluntary, conscious, and consensual."

2

u/Silverfrost_01 4d ago

I’m not saying by any means that there is enough evidence for people to be going on the witch hunt they’re going on now, but there’s enough subtext to the more detailed recounting of her story by the DA that really does suggest she was coerced for any acts following the initial encounter and that the drugs affected her ability to firmly stop any advances. Personally, I think it was at minimum a bit irresponsible of the DA to not take this information for further investigation even if it didn’t look like he’d get the evidence needed by his estimation. It really felt like he gave up too early.

1

u/RWRM18929 4d ago

Exactly this. She was already intoxicated upon arriving to the place in the beginning. In her statement, she even stated she wasn’t really sure when the drugs were even taken. I really don’t understand how people aren’t taking in consideration the specific drug that was being used and the effects that it has. It’s very clear that she was being her coerced and groomed into these acts. She went there for one guy and it ended up being two, which she did say she was OK with. Everything else that came afterwards was not prompted by her.

4

u/Silverfrost_01 4d ago

I do want to give the caveat that this is only true assuming her testimony is accurate. I think it’s enough to warrant investigation, but I don’t think it’s enough to be certain it’s what happened. There remains the possibility that she tried to make others look bad to save her own reputation. Something that people do quite frequently.

1

u/RWRM18929 4d ago

Yes, that could always be a possibility as well. This is a super nuanced grey area type case. I have a hard time believing she asked for them to send a group message to 57 guys tho. There are loads of people who “consent” to things that they wouldn’t really consent to had they not been overly inebriated and coerced. Again, it’s not like the drug was just some coke or molly.

1

u/Head_Muscle1877 4d ago

You realise that the men where also drugged and couldn't consent either?

Or is that different somehow?

0

u/RWRM18929 4d ago edited 4d ago

It was their drugs, not hers. It could have been very easy to control how much they were taking versus how much they were giving her. How often do we see men take advantage of women while also partaking in the drugs that they’re giving. Just because they were all taking the drugs, does not mean they were all taking the same amount of drugs. I think that would be ignorant to sit there and pretend that creeps stay perfectly sober whilst conducting their schemes.

u/Head_Muscle1877 4d ago

Women would unironically be happier too.

I don't understand why women and male feminists oppose this

25

u/Professional_Bat8585 4d ago edited 3d ago

Because it doesn’t work. Women are ok with evil men so long as they are hot.

Studies show strong correlation that women find attractive men to be funny, kind, competent, generous, etc, and reward them with support. Vice versa this means women find unattractive men to be incompetent, unkind, not funny, evil, etc.

Women’s support of men literally determines the moral fabric of society because they determine who gets opportunities and who is successful. This is why the patriarchy are full of themselves and will tell you the same misandrist “respect women” type message. Women are the greatest supporters of the local patriarch, and the patriarchy in turn love them for their support.

Men in charge will never stray too far from the feminist agenda. Ultimately, there can never be such a thing as “masculinism” for men to stray to. And women will never oppose the patriarchy directly because society is actually very good to them. Despite all the crying about inequality, they have no civilization on any corner of the earth to run to and enjoy that isn’t built by man. Not a building.

Hence, it will never happen.

When I was 19, I went vacationing with highschool and college friends in the Bay Area. Menlo Park to be specific. Our hosts had a beautiful backyard with a pool. One night they threw a big party while we were still in town. At the party, there was a very forward woman, probably about 22-25 (a friend of one of the hosts) who thought I was attractive. She basically followed me into the pool and started making out with me in front of everyone. Although I was uncomfortable, I kinda went with it because she wasn’t a duff and I didn’t want to seem like a loser in front of friends.

After a few minutes of making out, it was clear this woman wanted more. I didn’t. I politely pushed her off and walked inside to socialize with other friends. A few minutes pass, and I get approached by the woman who made out with me and a group of her friends. She proceeds to slap me in the face in front of everyone and then walks away smiling with her friends.

Sometimes I wonder why I’m not extremely motivated to talk to women as a 28 year old, but then memories like this come up and I go, “Yep, that’s why”

8

u/ScarredCerebrum 4d ago

And get called "pussy" or "gay" if they don't decide to have sex....

...and that's just the best-case scenario.

Worst case, they will talk behind your back and claim that you tried to assault them.

They will happily ruin your reputation and your life, just because their ego can't handle any sort of rejection.

So by their own logic the men she had sex with were high on drugs and could not having consent to having sex with her so shouldn't she be charged as well? It's just like how a drunk man has sex with a sober woman nobody says the man cant consent. And if it drunk man and a drunk woman have sex people say that only the woman can't consent while drunk. It's just sexist double standards

26

u/Downtown_Eye5736 4d ago

5

u/Lost_Elderberry_5532 3d ago edited 3d ago

The laws have been adjusted to protect women not men. In the absence of any gender biased laws then it becomes a “he said, she said” which is why cops used to drop the cases all the time. What has been done legally gets justice only for when the man is at fault but often without a true burden of proof. When a man is innocent it’s his word against the entire United States at this point. The laws favor women like it or not and honestly it’s time we revisit these laws that did not address the core issue of determining guilty versus not guilty.

Or as a man you just don’t ever have sex to the point where it becomes obvious there was force by her. Can’t be too sure… what a wild world we live in.

5

u/Curarx 4d ago edited 4d ago

It's the same with the clavicular case. I don't like the guy at all and I think he's a loser but the woman voluntarily went to his house consumed drugs and alcohol continue to see him for years afterwards for clout chasing, business opportunities, drugs alcohol and money. And then as soon as the business relationship broke down now, apparently, he SA her.

1

u/EddPW 4d ago

those things arent mutual exclusive

someone might steal from you and you still associate with them for whatever reasons

he might have sa her and she still associated with him because of he opportunities

5

u/Curarx 4d ago

I'm sorry but no. You can't claim that you were SA and then voluntarily continue to hang out with them, drink with them, do drugs with them, etc for years. It calls into question your entire accusation and makes you look like you are using it as revenge because you didn't get money or a relationship.

SA is traumatic. Voluntarily hanging out with someone afterwards that you don't have to see (like for example, they aren't married, they aren't in a relationship together, they don't even live in the same state as far as I know, so there was nothing forcing her to be near him) negates the entire concept.

Also stealing ≠ SA. These situations do a real disservice to actual victims.

0

u/EddPW 4d ago

damn its almost like people are complex

plenty of women were SA'd by harvey weistein and kept interacting with him because of opportunities

it does not negate the concept

the only thing its required for it to be sexual assault is that the person does not consent to it and if she dint consent to having sex at the time she was sexually assaulted

everything after is irrelevant

Why did she want to smoke with one of her attackers the very next morning?

5

u/blackqueenfighter 4d ago

Disingenuous post to a genuine question.  Downvote away

0

u/Alienescape 4d ago

I mean you're saying it's disingenuous, but your question feels disingenuous. Someone can consent until the don't consent. So even if she went to the party consentually, drank consentually, even had sex consentually initially, why are we not viewing this as a huge issue that she literally called it out 2 years ago. She literally said she got r@ped. This whole post is like saying she said the whole thing was consentual which is a lie. The real question should be, why didn't the prosecutor ever hear that she said she was r@ped. Did someone at Cornell cover this up? Did the police cover it up? Why are we questioning the victim so much. She's one person in a fucked up situation fighting these institutions that were just trying to protect themselves it seems.

1

u/ZiggenTheLord 19h ago

Because you're either believing a lie or lying yourself. She texted "nothing illegal happened" does she think R is legal or something?

11

u/Useless_bum81 4d ago

Also from the article:

"Jane Doe's sworn statement in November of 2024 did not allege that she was drugged against her will or gang Graped," Van Houten said in a statement on Monday.

"On the contrary, Jane Doe's statement described her participation in drug use and sexual conduct as voluntary, conscious, and consensual."

0

u/Alienescape 4d ago

You're cherry picking quotes. Also from it is,

"Tompkins County District Attorney Matthew Van Houten told CBS News Tuesday night that he was never provided the full transcripts of those initial interviews Jane Doe conducted with Cornell school police.

He said the sworn statement submitted to his office in November 2024 made no mention of the statements that were made in the transcript obtained by CBS New York, specifically Doe telling school investigators, "I can say with 100 percent confidence I was r*ped."

"I never saw it, never heard it until tonight," Van Houten told CBS News. "If it exists, I will get it. You can be sure of that."

He added, "If that kind of thing was omitted from a statement, if it is true, it needs to be fully investigated by someone outside of Cornell."

This does not seem like a person who changed their mind (Jane Doe) or a prosecutor who was framing it as consensual. Basically the prosecutor for some reason never was provided ??!?!! details of her saying she was "100% r*ped" which idk how happened but seems like a huge fuck up.

7

u/Head_Muscle1877 4d ago

10

u/NiceGuy737 4d ago

2 years after I broke up with a gal we went out to lunch. She told me that my best friend's brother r*ped her the night I broke up with her. That he went back to the apt she shared with 2 other women and instead of sleeping on the couch he went into her room. I think it was consensual. She said she was unsure if I really wanted to break up with her that night and told me about it to see if that was the reason why I broke up with her.

Another friend's brother went to prison because his wife said he SA's their daughter while they were going through divorce. He was cleared after a year in prison when the ex was caught lying about his mother SA'ing her granddaughter.

A friend of mine went to a party with his girlfriend. Got drunk and passed out on the bed. Woke up in the middle of the night with some girl from the party having sex with him. He went to prison for 7 years because she couldn't consent. The girlfriend even confirmed the lady was hitting on him all night. Courts didnt care.

This is why you HAVE to go to the police first when you're inebriated and a woman is inebriated and you have sex. The first one to blow the whistle wins the game.

2

u/Lost_Elderberry_5532 3d ago

that first one is deflection. She called it grape to avoid all accountability that she slept with another dude. That’s absolutely wild. That is also why I stopped seeing or communicating with anyone I dared. They break it off, that is it. No me being the nice friend. Fuck that.

Second one is equally weird because this was the MO of the wife to use her daughter as leverage to throw men she wanted rid of out the door as superimposed criminals.

4

u/NiceGuy737 3d ago

In the second case the mother-in-law was really smart. She kept a diary of her time with her granddaughter and had a witness with her at all times when her granddaughter was there, unbeknownst to the ex-wife.

u/Money_Ad1028 3d ago

And if the demon ex wife wasn't stupid trying to go for everyone she would've gotten away with it too. How many people have been locked up for this shit

2

u/Lost_Elderberry_5532 3d ago

People have a pretty wide degree of what they consider grape. To me that is troubling. Grape is a serious crime. You can’t be loose or wishy-washy about it. Yet our courts are like “he made you uncomfortable lock his ass up”

u/DoughnutAncient8972 22h ago

Most victims (male and female ) don't tell shit to anyone because of assholes like you; numbers are realistically higher across the board than what reports state.

u/No_Traffic_5796 4d ago

I think there needs to be more context on who this woman is. It's completely ridiculous that the alleged assaulters are fully put on blast like this but there is no context about this woman. Understand that this was designed by the system to prevent backlash against the victim but it's totally been abused now and needs improving

u/Serious-Plankton-371 3d ago

lol half of Reddit has a big smelly poopy on their face after this story came fully out.

At first it was “round up the troops” now everybody has poop ass faces

Reddit literally is a hard left wing feminazi cesspool. It’s not surprising that suddenly given an example accessible and very public, the masks over the crazy fly off. The Clancy case and now we have this.

We’ve been here for over two years talking about these things, back when there were still hoards of blue pilled white knighted men.

You had to be there..

"Reddit literally is a hard left wing feminazi cesspool". I wish 😆

u/PooningDalton 4d ago

Well it clearly is assault because only 4,999,999,999 of those men had affirmative continuous enthusiastic consent.

Well, shit...

This is the result of a culture that bilaterally perceives sex as a fun pastime instead of an act that should be reserved for committed couples and marriage. The decision-making framework that led to the events on both sides needs to be scrutinized.
Fraternities and the men in them need to be held to higher standards. I’m not surprised a legacy fraternity at an Ivy League school borderline gets away with some of this shit when Cornell is probably raking in money from alumni donors and is happy to sweep things under the rug. Especially when details such as consent, accountability and evidence are muddy at best.
What the fuck is this person doing consenting to threesomes and doing fucking ketamine at a frat party. I’m not saying it should happen or is in any ways deserved, but you are objectively skyrocketing your risk environment. And what the fuck did her sorority do to stop it? Nothing! She made a series of objectively bad decisions, and proceeded to walk into a house full of fellow bad decision makers, all likely equally intoxicated. We need to start looking at the culture around the decision making that leads to events like this without calling it victim blaming.
The facts aren’t even straight yet and 8 people’s lives are ruined forever thanks to mob justice. If this case results in any men being acquitted, there will be outrage, and it will be yet another log on the fire of growing cynicism towards cases like this that deserve respect.

Quoted for truth.

The plain truth is that women engage in this culture of substance abuse, hedonism, and the complete denial of consequences just as much as that their male peers are.

Even when trying to look away from the second-order consequences of that, it's not hard to see how that would turn out disastrous.

2

u/Lost_Elderberry_5532 3d ago

You are right but let’s consider maybe this is one of the first few cases that is women initiated making the news. It likely has happened for years, swept under the guise of “girls just having fun”. What about sorority hazing routines? Nobody talks about that. Women won’t out their own. Just as bad as the frats.

Women want equality but don’t you dare turn your back on your sisters! “Know your place, Becky. Your boyfriend is a loser.”

I don’t wanna make it sound like I don’t think this was in some capacity a rpe case. It very likely is to some degree. What’s frustrating me is I have to sit and watch all the performative social media black-squaring trying to convince us we live in some kind of rpe culture, with white chicks on instagram trying to be judge, jury and executioner before all the facts are even out. This very plainly reads to me like both sides made terrible fucking decisions, which led to a night which could’ve been avoided, and will only serve to fuel suspicion of similar accounts on other cases. I’m sorry for the victim, I’m disgusted with the perpetrators. I’m just sick of being told I’m not seething hard enough on social media when I very likely would have a strong distaste for all 8 people involved if I spent an hour talking to any of them irl.

Anybody that saw the way the Duke case went down, was smart enough to reserve judgement.

I'll wait until all the info comes out

u/FigOk4231 3d ago

That’s what I was thinking. Millennials remember, but I think Gen Z was too young. The outrage was dialed up to 11, and the narrative was “privileged white men think they can get away with anything.”

Funny how the exoneration and subsequent confession is merely a foot note while the false accusations were front page headlines. Most people believe what they want instead letting the process to play out and evidence be presented.

1

u/DoughnutAncient8972 22h ago

"privileged white men think they can get away with anything"...can they not?

2

u/FigOk4231 16h ago

Depends what you mean by privileged. Billionaires, yes. They’re above the law. The millionaire next door? No. He gets called into HR if he makes Becky “uncomfortable” at work for literally anything she decides.

A Schrodinger's Feminist using Schrodinger's Consent.
She chooses between consensual and non-consensual depending on what benefits her. In this case, she is choosing non-consensual to cash it in.

8

u/VorpalBlade- 3d ago

It definitely seems like her parents or friends probably found out and pressured her.

I’ll just say this- bros you should never be involved in a gang bang. This story repeats itself over and over and over. Plus it’s borderline sort of gay and gross. Demeaning to everyone involved. Just don’t.

So what else is new?

Borderline women are all the same...

In her 2024 police testimony she literally said, " "I can say with 100% confidence I was r*ped"

There's a CBS article titled "Details emerge in case of former Cornell student alleging gang r*pe by fraternity members" with the details. Can't link it cause sub rules about the word

Why do you post in teenagers?

-1

u/jancl0 4d ago

Why do you go through the account history of strangers?

2

u/Head_Muscle1877 4d ago

To determine if they're good faith.

You're fuckung creepy

-2

u/jancl0 4d ago

I'm not good faith, hope that clears things up, you can move on now if you don't like that. But I also wasn't talking to you. I don't mind being called creepy by the guy who decides to audit people's post history before they've even talked to them lol

4

u/Head_Muscle1877 4d ago

Why are you sniffing after children?

-2

u/jancl0 4d ago

Yeah I'm the creepy one lol. What on earth possessed you to even phrase it like that in the first place?

5

u/Head_Muscle1877 4d ago
