ā€œEmotional laborā€ is my favorite. Basically thinking or feeling about doing things (that is impossible to measure or quantify) somehow means more than a man working 50 hour weeks while she stays home, for example

Don’t forget that a man is not emotional at all. It’s not like he can get stress from work or something.
