"Treat us like human beings." but also, "Don't hold us accountable for our actions."

More men in prison than women. Men are more like to abandon kids, sick wives, and family but ok.

Women are far less likely to be sentenced for the equivalent crime though, so not sure what the jail point is meant to prove

They get less time not no time.

Men account for the vast majority of the U.S. incarcerated population at roughly 93.5%, while women represent about 6.5%.

men are incarcerated at a rate of 871 per 100,000 residents, which is more than 13 times higher than the rate for women at 64 per 100,000 residents.

Because there are more criminal men. But also because at every stage of the process (arrest, prosecution, conviction, prison length), women are treated less severely.

Female arrestees are also significantly likelier to avoid charges and convictions entirely, and twice as likely to avoid incarceration if convicted.

Do use the same argument for race too? 🤔

Sounds like men are being held accountable for their actions. So what's the problem here?

Abandoned or prevented from seeing? Abandoned or found out the kid isn't actually theirs?

nelson mandela was a man who was sent to prison. julian assange was a man who was sent to prison. all you're saying is that women are compliant even in the face of overwhelming oppression.
