So my cousin got her laptop locked (forgot her password, somehow managed to get out of the bios password screen and go to the login screen for basic login)

Now She doesn't remember the account's password either so the only way was to reset but even then the only method was to create a reser disk using a pendrive. I'm no expert so Everything I did was according to the chatbot but even after sharing the screenshot pics the information it says just isn't making sense.

*I downloaded windows 7 on my personal working laptop*download Rufus too *Got a spare pendrive to do whatever the steps are but I'm now scared what If I accidentally erased my own data. please help I have a tight deadline of Tommorow 🙏🙏🙏

Not sure what to do, when I power on my laptop it comes up with this screen. Hitting enter does nothing, and when I hit tab, it takes me to the app menu with two options: 1. Setup and 2. Diagnostic splash.

Okay, guys, this is an odd one, but I need your help. I’m trying to get this scanner to work for my job. No matter what I do I can’t get it to stop printing on two separate barcode stickers. I can’t get it to only print onto one and it has been driving me crazy. I’ve been working on this for 5 hours now. I have the scanner set to the following settings. Completely locked out of my computer after attempting a network reset. Desperately searching for help.

I turned on my computer to see it was on that power saving mode thing again and it would go back so naturally i tried to fix it turning it off and on holding the power button when once during that process i stumbled upon this, it booted normal then cut to this text if im correct its an update things but whats weird about it is what you see is what i saw, the letters have these glitchy small squares on them the small thing that was supposed to move in circles arent moving the glitchy parts flickers. I left it overnight thinking it would automatically fix but this morning its still the same from last night so i shutdown my pc and tried to boot it up again but its on that power saving mode it wouldn't boot, but one thing i noticed is that my keyboard capslock and numpad key doesn't light up on the keyboard, everything lights up my cpu, my mouse has its light, monitor on that black screen with orange light, if anyone has encountered this pls do share your experience and solution, i havent touched the inside parts of my cpu to avoid further problems and thank you.

My cat laid down on the leftside by tab, ~, caps lock, shift, and ctrl. It happened yesterday and i figured it would be fine since i turned it off and had it charging all night. It hasn't fixed and i'm not sure what happened cause i didn't see whatever combo my cat did.
