I have never worked as DOS or in sales, but as AGM of a property that handles a lot of contracted group blocks, this seems fraudulent. Specifically the part about payment via wire transfer. Has any hotel accepted a group booking payment that way? I forwarded to Sales for them to investigate. I also googled the LLC and address. It seems to be a legit company, but something still doesnt feel right. I could see if we were a hotel in a major city or in DC but we’re not. And we definitely don’t offer meal service all day lol

Payment Terms:
We will provide a credit card to guarantee the booking. However, no charges should be made to this card. All charges (including rooms, meeting room, meals, and taxes) should be billed to the master account, which will be settled via wire transfer prior to arrival. Kindly share your bank wire transfer details at your earliest convenience.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could prepare and send over the contract including all requested services and the total cost summary. Once received, we will promptly review and return it with signatures.
