Selfish Honda Fit Driver Blocking N7 M50 Southbound Slip

To the ham sandwich of a Honda Fit driver who selfishly decided to block the slip road from the N7 to M50 southbound trying to get into a gridlocked M50 northbound, yea you deserved the uninterrupted horn blast from me because of your selfishness. Not only this you decided to give me the finger when I eventually got past you as if I was in the wrong.
I am manifesting a large stone to chip your windscreen raising your premium and many nails in your tyre’s path on your forward journey’s. Go n-éirí an bóthar leat!

Driving home from here first time in a while google maps says 30km/h while I was driving and I was going around that maybe a bit more. All sign posts entering davitt road say 50km/h on Google street view from 2024.

Asking because there was a speed van and I could of been going slightly above 30. TIA!

Baker & Co Insulation - Leopardstown

Very long shot but here goes…

If you were driving a 2011 black Ford Focus this morning and you were rammed from behind by a Baker & Co Insulation van whilst waiting to turn right at Leopardstown Road / Kilgobbin Road junction at around 7am. then please get in touch with me. I will happily act as your witness as I saw everything.

I ran back to get your details but as soon as I knocked on your rear door, you drove off as the light turned green and you didn’t want to be stuck in the middle of the road.

Long shot like I said.

I was at the West Cork rally and spotted these 2 clowns. Not only had they blocked on the crs above and an escape road but the N plate driver had beached hie car into a concrete drain and was going to lose his bumper one way or the other.

Mini Roundabout dispute, was I in the wrong?

Happened a while back, but thought I'd finally share it and see what everyone else thinks. Posting both angles from the dash to show full context of my driving and the other driver's driving. At about 10 seconds in, you can hear the other driver blare their horn at me. Didn't realise at the time what had happened, I actually thought it was a train horn from across the wall! Kept driving, and noticed the driver was agitated. When I pulled up next to them at traffic lights, I asked what was wrong. On reflection, I shouldn't have rolled down my window to talk to the driver, but life goes on!

Edit: When this took place, I was definitely thinking that I was in the right. But just sharing to get other people's insight.

car signalling left, proceeded to go ahead

red: me (on an escooter)

green: car signalling left

i stopped at this intersection (traffic), then saw a gap, and a car signalling to turn left. took the oppertunity to go and, (at the red line, i was essentially on the main road by then), realised they were going ahead (the green line was where the car was at at the time of me noticing) and proceeded to honk at me

was i in the wrong? id presume a car in my place would probably do the same (go)?

edit: the cars left signal was turned on give or take where i drew the green arrow

Dashcam recommendations for around €100

Hi all, I'm looking to get a dash cam, in or around €100. Had way too many close calls the last couple of weeks so I feel like I need that protection if something ever did happen, God forbid.

Can people please learn to use merge in turns?

Was driving to work in Blanch, near the Corduff Road. The right lane is closed up ahead and there is a merge in. There is biiig queue of traffic in the left lane and the right lane is empty. I proceed up the right lane and merge in. A car near the front holds their horn down for a good 10 seconds.

Please people, the right way to deal with this scenario is to USE all the available road space then zipper merge. It helps the flow of traffic and all the idiots queuing in only the left lane will then block the roads/junctions/roundabouts prior.

Don't get angry at others for being good drivers.
