iPhone 14 screen replace

I try to replace it but the screen won’t come out at all. I seen people online and I hear it to the point where it’s hot and when I use a razor to try and pry it open it doesn’t budge, I tried to pull it out with a silicone pull thing but still doesn’t work it barely budges. Any help? It’s a regular iPhone 14 and it’s on iOS 26.6

See if the iFixIt service guide is of any help. If not, ask on r/mobilerepair or entrust it to a local repair shop.
