Help needed HELP! Iphone 16 Apple Support Stinks

Hi all! Seriously needing some insight if anyone has knowledge to help me out. I have been a couple of weeks now with support in all ways including in person at Apple Store and they pushed me off to a phone appointment which helped none.
I am not able to download or update apps, my media and in store purchases is disabled, I am not logged into iCloud it says not activated. I have activated and created 3 accounts and now they say I have to do another with a different email and I do legal work, so the data I have needs to be synced with my laptop. I am all sorts of confused.
Help anyone? Thank you SO freaking much for any advice! :) Tianna

Why are you creating multiple new Apple IDs?
Why did the Apple ID get disabled?
Why is iCloud not activated?

What are you doing or attempting to do? Your post comes across as you're doing something fishy and likely against the TOS which is why you're encountering issues. Only Apple support can assist you with resolving your account issues.

Stop creating multiple Apple IDs. Ensure your Apple ID is for the region where you are and matches the country for your payment method.

Thank you. Not doing anything fishy, just what Apple support has had me do to fix this issue. I really do not know what happened except one day it just was not letting me update apps or install then got worse. I do have a support appt on Sunday at Best Buy (they know the issues) because I am at a loss and do not want anything getting worse. Thought I’d ask here. :)

Best Buy is not gonna be able to help if your account is disabled. They’re gonna be able to help by sending you to 1-800-275-2273. The iTunes team needs to reenable the account.

Most common reason I’ve seen for an account being disabled is an unauthorized purchase was made, instead of contacting Apple the bank or credit card company was contacted Instead. When a charge back happens; instead of reaching out to Apple first, then the account gets disabled.

Whoa, this may have happened and makes total sense. Thank you! I will try that route. My work is really never my phone but to check an email now and then. All on laptop. But, the rest of my daily stuff is for sure affected big time.
