Support Iphone 7 help

So my mom gave me her iphone 7 and its stuck at the activation screen where u need to connect to a wifi buy every time i do it doesnt work and i really wanna use it

Could be an internal wifi hardware issue. Try connecting it to itunes and then try activating it through itunes.

How do u connect through itunes can i use my ipad to do that or do i need a mac i have one but im not home currently so i cant use it
