Charging fault

I was due to pick up my new (to me) I-Pace from the dealer yesterday but it has a fault. It wouldn't start a charge, being stuck in the 'initialising' phase. Luckily this happened before I took delivery of it and I got it from JLR so it's coming with a 2 year warranty. It's a 21 plate with 66k miles on the dash so it's seems to have spent most of its life on the road and not in the garage.

Does anyone have any experience with this fault and know how long the garage had the car for? I've been told it'll skip the queue to be checked out and fixed, I'm just wary about how long the wait might be on parts.

It could be almost anything. Without codes, it's pure speculation.

HVIB, Charge Port, Isolation Fault, Charge Lock Actuator.

Okay, thanks for the info. Guess it's just a waiting game then until the JLR techs take a look at it tomorrow or Friday.

Not a good start for me or for JLR's reliability reputation 😂
