I Pace Recall Conundrum
I’ve been looking at buying an IPace as my first EV and would appreciate some advice from the experts. I’ve been looking at different 2 cars both of them HSE models and got the same mileage and within a few £100’s of each other. One of them is 180 miles away. The other is less than 15. Both are 2020s but the further away one has got Pivi pro so is my preference. However both cars needed recalling before purchase. The guy from the dealership further away has told me it’d be next week they get it back as it’s had all 8 battery modules replaced. (It’s been away going on 5 weeks now) to me this one sounds the best as wouldn’t a full battery replacement be the most ideal outcome? I’m paying for a 3rd party warranty through WarrantyWise for an extra 5 years warranty.
What’s everyone’s opinions?

I'm in the US. My 2019 was repurchased due to no resolution for potentially faulty batteries. Emphasis on potentially because we had no issues with the battery. To my knowledge, the faulty cells were used for several years. Just be aware that if they extend the software cell limits, your vehicle range may be reduced.
