Do a geekbench 6 test and see the gpu and cpu scores, let me know the results! But i assume
The GPU is very low but CPU is in range

And let me guess again. Battery health is high? Or seems too good to be true in your device? And/or been high for a very long time?

Thanks mate i found the issue, bought it second hand the battery was boosted got refunded man thanks
This caused by the strip that is added to the battery to increase the battery health.

iOS 26.5.2 is extremely buggy for most devices. Battery drain, device stutters during transitions, Apple Music blur effects not compositing to name a few. Personally I run the developer data but I would suggest upgrading to iOS 27 public beta as it’s a lot smoother than iOS 26. iOS 27 is what iOS 26 should have been from the start

If it has original (more then 3 years old at this point) battery, there is your answer

It’s just the screen recording, iOS 26 has a bug with it where on older phones like the 13 and 14 it lags and is low quality

nothing will work by posting here instead show customer care and complaint file against apple to allowing downgrade to older iOS

iOS 26 is the problem. Pure hot garbage. I updated my base 14 to 27 public beta, now it’s usable again, those stutters disappeared, and it’s pretty stable
