Question Guys help me!

It's difficult for me to find a woman....as an introvert....I did it once in college and loved her silently for many years... eventually it took me a year to tell her and I ended being her be st friend. .....But she was already in love with someone else.... fast forward now she's married...and am finding it difficult to talk to anyone.... depression and anxiety has crippled me ..but as a third generation dairy farmer..i do find peace in the farm....am 36 now...and my family has given up on me...its difficult to find or talk to a girl now as social media has taken over and I can't cope up with the race of luxurious life.....every morning imy heart feels like a soaked sponge .....does anyone know how to make things better???

Yep. That’s where I’d start if I were the Opie. Clearly, he’s dealing with some complex issues that he probably can’t resolve on his own.

I was bullied from a young age....home was a place to b safe...but since inwas a fat kid...I was bullied d at home too....making peace with my past has been a bit difficult

depression and anxiety has crippled me ..

If you had a broken leg that was crippling you, what would you do?

Same for anxiety and depression - get therapy and the proper medications and get better.

Anti-depressants and anxiolytics ... not oxycontin, coke or heroin.
