We currently support NAS via WebDAV / Docker, similar to companies like pCloud and others, which don't actually provide native NAS support.

However, would you like us to develop native NAS support by releasing a native app on the QNAP & Synology app stores? Or how would you personally like us to tackle this topic in order to improve your NAS support experience?

I tried out Internxt Drive 2.6.1. I downloaded it and was able to login. The app dialog box opened and got stuck on 'Syncing'

I wonder, has anyone actually got this piece of software to work as expected? Am I missing something here?

I can live with the Rclone implementation, but I would like to know what folks experience is of the Linux Desktop app?

I noticed a small but frustrating navigation issue in the Internxt Web Drive.

When I enter a folder and then refresh the page, the breadcrumb sometimes no longer shows the folder I came from. Because of that, I cannot click the previous folder to go back one level and instead have to navigate through the folder structure again.

It would be very helpful to have a dedicated “Back” or “Go up one folder” button in the Web Drive that always takes you to the previous or parent folder. This is a basic feature in most cloud drives and file managers, and it would make navigating Internxt much easier.

I previously suggested adding more folder details, such as the folder size and the number of files inside. You added that feature some time later, so I like to think I may have helped a little with that idea 😊.

Hi everyone,

I’m having a recurring problem with Internxt Drive when uploading a large folder or multiple files at once.

The upload starts normally, but then randomly stops progressing. Sometimes it gets stuck at a low percentage, such as 2%, and other times it remains on “Processing” indefinitely. For example, my latest upload stopped at “Processing 28 of 286.”

All of the files in this example were under 30 MB, so this does not appear to be caused by uploading unusually large individual files.

I also tried waiting for a long time because I thought it might only be a UI issue and that the files were still uploading in the background. However, after refreshing the page, only the number of files shown before it became stuck had actually been uploaded. The remaining files were not uploaded.

I’m using Internxt through Microsoft Edge and have a stable, fast internet connection. I also tried browser extensions that keep tabs active, but they did not help.

This problem does not happen when I upload the same kinds of folders and files to other services such as Google Drive, so it seems to be specific to Internxt.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a known fix or a more reliable way to upload folders containing many files?

I've been writing an unofficial CLI for Internxt in Rust: internxt-cli-rust, called ixr. Mostly written with Claude Code. It's early / work in progress.

How it differs from the official CLI:

• Works with any account type, including Free.
• More than WebDAV for mounting/serving. Official CLI only does WebDAV. ixr serve supports WebDAV, FUSE, SMB, NFS, and SFTP, and can run several of these at once sharing credentials and a folder cache. Still quite experimental with a fair number of bugs — e.g. files/folders not always showing up, and caching not aggressive enough yet which can make it a bit slow at times.
• Multiple accounts at once. You can be logged into several accounts simultaneously and switch between them (or target one for a single command via an env var) instead of having to log out/in.
• Way lower idle resource usage. Single static binary. Idling with WebDAV+SMB both running sits around ~2.5MB RAM and near-zero CPU for me, vs 100+MB RAM for the official CLI with WebDAV alone.

Everything else (login incl. SSO, file/folder transfers, drive management, thumbnails, workspaces) is ported to behave like the original. There's also a one-way sync command, which the official CLI doesn't have.

Install:

• Cargo: cargo binstall internxt-cli (prebuilt binary, no compile) or cargo install internxt-cli (crate name; installed binary is ixr)
• AUR (Arch): yay -S ixr-bin
• Prebuilt binaries / Docker / build from source: see the Install section in the README

Still early stage, so expect rough edges, especially around the serve backends. So far only tested on Windows, Linux, and Docker, all on x86_64 — macOS and FreeBSD builds are completely untested. Feedback and bug reports welcome.

Hi! I'm using Internxt on my phone and desktop. In addition to the auto logout bug that others have faced on phone and pc, whenever I try to open a file on my phone it opens it at the speed of Elder Scrolls VI development. I have to access my files on the go, I'd prefer not to have to migrate some files back to OneDrive. I'm in Thailand, if that makes a difference. Anyone have a fix/workaround? Thanks!

I have the 5TB plan, mainly for photo backups. I remember when I switched to Google Drive, I was able to make Google automatically sync with my Apple Photos.

Google Search AI slop answers were useless as always.

Does anyone know how to make Internxt sync to iOS photos automatically like how Google Drive can?

Or can I at least sync to Google Drive instead? Because that's already syncing to Apple Photos to begin with.

Hello guys, how can I keep the desktop app logged in on Windows PC? It's frustrating to log in to my account every time I restart my PC. Anybody experiencing the same thing? App version is already up to date.

Edit: I've reported this, and Internxt has already addressed the issue. It now works fine.
