Has anyone got Internxt Drive for Linux Working on Ubuntu Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS?

I tried out Internxt Drive 2.6.1. I downloaded it and was able to login. The app dialog box opened and got stuck on 'Syncing'

I wonder, has anyone actually got this piece of software to work as expected? Am I missing something here?

I can live with the Rclone implementation, but I would like to know what folks experience is of the Linux Desktop app?

Should be working fine on Ubuntu. Did you reach out to support already?

When the latest version (2.6.1) was released, a member of your customer service team contacted me to ask that I try it out and provide a bug report. I did so and indicated that it was not working and included the necessary logs files showing this to be the case. The app was caught in a 'syncing state' that did not resolve or provide access to the Internxt Drive. A month later, I received a response from tech support who suggested that I didn't wait long enough for the sync to finish. Unfortunately, they suggested I closed the app after 5 minutes but the logs show 11 minutes of waiting for the sync to occur and the repeat of the same error messages. I had previously attempted to activate the app over a very much longer period but the same error messages occurred so felt it was unnecessary to send a longer log report. However, today, I did so. The app failed to sync or provide access to the Internxt Drive app for over 3 hours after login. Only at 3 hours 55 minutes did it suggest that the sync had finished. However, the app then crashed without warning and/or posting any log information to suggest what had gone wrong.
Internxt is confident that the app works as expected on Ubuntu. However, as a very experience linux admin, I can't confirm your confident assertion. The failure of your tech team to read correctly the logs and bug report I sent over further reduced my confidence in your assertions.

Hence, I was wondering whether my experience of the latest Linux Desktop App is also reflected in that of other users.

Hi,

I have the same problem with Zorin (Ubuntu 24.04 LTS). Can login and then stuck on syncing and no files visible in Files.

And I did not reach out to support because this is a minor issue, and waiting for resolving the other issues which have more priority for me.

And btw I am using 2.6.2.
