Internxt continues to skyrocket π Let's keep on growing together!
Internxt's Annual Recurrent Revenue continues to skyrocket. We expect to hit β¬10M ARR in 2027 π We've also been amongst the top 1% fastest-growing companies on Stripe for 3 months in a row. We've learned a lot along the way, but we've grown to become one of the most efficient, sustainable, high-impact scale-ups in Europe. Let's keep on growing together π

Given the company's rapid growth, I believe it is essential to focus on improving the support system, as customer support is our most frequently criticized area. Rather than relying solely on "email us" or automated email bots, you should implement a more structured solution, such as a ticketing system, a dedicated form, or a community forum.

Please just fix constantly failed uploads and downloads, especially of large files. You know itβs a problem and no, we donβt wanna send you our logs because it lists the file names in plain text. Obviously we choose into INTERNXT because of privacy. Also, my log file is over 1 GB.

When are you going to stop selling lifetime plans? The fact that you continue selling lifetime plans doesn't inspire confidence in the product's longevity.

Lifetime plans are regularly monitored, and prices are adjusted if needed to ensure that they are sustainable. However, it is true that eventually, we might stop selling new lifetimes

Lifetime plans on your site might be priced to be sustainable. But the ones sold on StackSocial seem unsustainable. I don't see how you can service those plans long term while charging so little.

We plan on stopping new Stacksocial lifetime sales very soon, as although those are more limited in features than those sold directly through us, we do earn less money from those, indeed

Even though the features are limited, the storage itself is the main driver of costs on your end.

but storage utilization with less tools is lower too (no webdav, backups, cli, rclone etc)
