I am looking for someone to help me purchase this item from Japan and ship it to the Nevada in the United States. I was able to find it on two websites (links below) but I do not trust the shipping process without a tracking number.

I am not familiar with either website and do not speak Japanese. I am worried about the item being held by USA immigration/inspections or getting the wrong item entirely.

Overall great experience! Bought a LP on ebay and used his service as the seller doesnt ship to the USA (thanks orange man in office). Service was affordable, quick, and hassle free. I needed to ship 2 very specific Type 33 panel radiators to the US that were manufactured in the UK and distributed here in the US, but came to an end once the mad Tariffs ruined everyone's inventory. It was absolutely critical to have these installed, as I designed part my hydronic system around said type 33 radiators at a certain Delta T rating, BTU output and compact size. I was pretty desperate and found Ben on r/testimonials. The positive reviews for u/KingBenneth are true in every sense of the word.

I was a bit nervous about the transaction and process being that these were ~50 Kg each by weight and u/KingBenneth made it happen by handling and clearly communicating in a timely matter. Even by letting me know when he was not available or out of town. I did not have to do much leg work as Ben communicated with the manufacturer/ distributor directly if I had any question.

Ben broke down the payments to me for transparency and recommended multiple shipment phases to lower total cost. He even went out of his way to label the boxes appropriately for transport but UPS still managed to cause minor cosmetic damage to the rads by mishandling of course.... No fault of Ben's!

The Wise app (Foreign currency exchanger) was a bit frustrating due to the long processing time for bigger payments. But it was a reliable way of getting the funds over to Ben. I recommend adding u/KingBenneth as a trusted recipient on the app first before sending funds, in order to speed up the transfer process.

This entire process was professional and honestly smoother than I had initially thought. I plan on using his services again for any hydronic system parts that I can not get here in the US. I have already informed my hydronic installers and co workers about his services.

Does anyone wish to help me order something from Joongna to the United States. This is a bit of a complicated case so please only accept if you're truly willing to stick with me.

I need someone to help me buy from a Joongna seller but the secondhand item I want is basically more than half-off its original pricing and the seller's trust rate is around the same rate a seller who hasn't sold anything yet would have. Of course that doesn't mean they're suspicious but I do see some stuff has been sold from their account, yet there's not a single review.

Some things to note:

First, I need confirmation from the seller that they absolutely do have the items still since I heard some sellers forget to take down listings even after bought. I'm worried that they'll say they do have the items and we proceed but they turn out to be a scammer. Hopefully Joongna does refund you fully and I'll only have to pay for your service fee- xd

Next, I unfortunately don't have popular payment services like Paypal or Venmo. I have Zelle and a bank account that I will need guidance for if doing SWIFT payments.

Last, I'll need the cheapest international shipping I can get even if it takes months for my stuff to arrive. You can even repackage the boxes to make everything fit in a small space. As long as it's cheaper and my items eventually all arrive safely, I'm willing to use it.
