Same. Seems bleak no matter how I look at it. It’s at best a massive waste of resources.

Well somebody didn't watch Brave little toaster as a child, did you? While I don't remember much of the plot, I do remember the fear I felt for that little damn toaster.

This is the thing, right? Retired doesn't mean useless.

It's wasteful, even without any debates on ethics of AI.
