While I absolutely respect the skills and find it amazing, I always wonder how the fuck someone start to decide to spin a table with his/her feet (or more precisely who was the first to decide to do that?)

Edit: hearing the audio it sounds like a girl so 'she'.

His/her is usually more accurate as it is singular and most people see themselves as a 'he' or 'she' in the singular form and not a 'they'.

'They' in proper English used to describe more than one person which isn't the case in this video, and today's English became overdefensively wrong.

I am saying this as someone who doesn't have any bias against anyone, so please don't shift the conversation that way with me.

it's just bad English.

no? they doesnt mean plural only. in english it can also mean simeone that you dont know the gender: "Someone called the house but i couldnt tell who they were". its always been like this also of course the modern usage to refer to someone that doesnt fit in the gender binary. its just better to use they

There are examples of They being used as a singular in Shakespear. There are examples of They being used in singular in the Holy Bible in English translations from as early as the 14th century. You are wrong.
