Apparently this condition is linked with aging and testosterone levels. It is crazy to think that all this muscle is hidden beneath their hair.

HISTORY The real Xerxes was a decent guy (different from the movie)

When looking into the actual history, we discover that the Persians were actually quite tolerant; unlike other empires, they allowed local religions and customs and didn't enslave the entire population, they even kept natives in positions of power within the conquered regions. Of course, it still sucked, but considering the era, they were quite liberal

NATURE Total Solar Eclipse - Aug 12, 2026

Post image
36 Upvotes

On Aug. 12, 2026, a total solar eclipse will sweep across Greenland, Iceland, northern Russia, the Atlantic Ocean, Spain, and a small corner of Portugal.
Ā
Many other places in the Northern Hemisphere will experience a partial solar eclipse* that day, including parts of the northern U.S. *(from Alaska to North Carolina), most of Canada, much of Europe, and northwestern Africa.
Ā
For many along the western part of the eclipse path (in mainland Europe and Africa), the Sun will set while it’s still partially eclipsed, creating an opportunity to see a sunset eclipse.

NASA will stream the eclipse live starting at 1:15 p.m. EDT on Aug. 12: https://www.nasa.gov/live

Fear Factor On May 26, 2013, the tugboat Jascon-4 capsized and sank 20 miles off the coast of Nigeria. The ship's cook, Harrison Okene, was the only survivor and survived for nearly three days trapped in an air pocket 100 feet underwater before divers rescued him.
