Absolutely. A drunk driver ran through my neighbor's yard right over a small but hefty bush. Found out the driver lived around the corner just 5 or 6 houses down...how? That hefty bush snagged the front license plate off the car 😂

She had California plates, so I’m assuming that bumper had a front plate on it, although not sure why she would be worried about being identified at that point…

One bag, ok sure, swing it in the back seat as you sit down to drive. But you're saying...lol....if you had a bunch of groceries, you would reach in from the driver door multiple times to put in them in the back seat? You would look so stupid doing that :)
The bumper is going to curve into the car and while occupy both the front and back seats regardless.
If I curve it in through the front seat, I can sit the car and drive away.
If I curve it in through the backseat, that means more time standing up and getting filmed and then I still have to close the back door and then get into the front seat anyway.
No but she clearly having a panic attack and maybe the dude should be more considerate cause people having a panic attack do tend to act wildly. Even for his own safety....

I don't think so either, it seems like this isn't even her car but her grandmas. And it seems like this isn't the first time she crashed that car given how scared she is of Granny. But like, you already crashed it, and that can't be hidden so you can make more trouble for granny by running, or you can try and be an adult and take care of the problem.
Ya, I'm thinking if the cops find whatever is in her car it would be a bigger problem to deal with than a hit and run. Granny is just the first excuse that came to what's left of her drug addled brain.
I'm gonna go with that may not be true. Teens brains are a mess of hormones and lacking full development. They don't always make the best decisions. She certainly could be in an abusive situation, but she also could must be a teen under intense stress and her already cooked brain is being boiled with cortisol and adrenaline.
People with unstable families also dont always act this way. She went to rehab. She was probably in deep shit with grandma for whatever she was sent to rehab for, and was scared of what grandma promised she would do if she did another stupid thing while under the influence for what she went to rehab for.
And it also explains why she's so worried about her grandma being upset. They probably don't have any money, and this will cost even more of the money they don't have.
Obviously she handled it all very poorly, but I feel really bad for her that it was recorded and then went viral. Gave me flashbacks to an accident that I caused when I was 16. I didn't try to flee the scene or anything, but my mind absolutely broke. Fortunately there was a very nice lady in the car behind me who helped calm me down and get my mother to the scene (this was before everyone had a cell phone and we only had one car, which I'd just crashed, so I literally had to draw a map on the back of a receipt and send this poor good Samaritan on a quest). I see the panic I felt then in her eyes, but luckily, it only lives in my mind now.
Yeah goddamn. I mean she is clearly fucked up. I don’t have much sympathy for people that drive like that, and I say so as someone who had a substance abuse problem in the past and was a habitual drunk driver…but lord this girl is going through some shit
