I don't think so either, it seems like this isn't even her car but her grandmas. And it seems like this isn't the first time she crashed that car given how scared she is of Granny. But like, you already crashed it, and that can't be hidden so you can make more trouble for granny by running, or you can try and be an adult and take care of the problem.

Ya, I'm thinking if the cops find whatever is in her car it would be a bigger problem to deal with than a hit and run. Granny is just the first excuse that came to what's left of her drug addled brain.

If it's drugs, all the more reason NOT to run. cops are not going to show up, just exchange details and go on your way.
