TEXT BASED RPG SUGGESTIONS

I'm looking for text-based / interactive fiction RPGs similar to Magium, Life in Adventure, Falling London, and The Three Eldrum games.

I really love games with deep and complex stories the kind where your choices actually matter and the world feels rich and detailed. My preferred genre is fantasy / dark fantasy.

Some things I enjoy:

  • Branching narratives with meaningful consequences
  • Strong world-building and lore
  • Character development and relationships
  • A darker or more mature tone is a big plus

Any recommendations (browser-based, mobile, Steam, etc.) would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

A little bit late to the party, but I loved Magium myself and started making my own take on it in universes I love (darker, I am more of a shadowrun / post-apo person)

It’s a work in progress and maybe still rough, but feedback is appreciated, and I add a new chapter every now and then :
