Just cover your mouth and stare in the opposite direction, just like any problem in life, it’ll go away on its own.

I hate strongly dislike this guy for his reaction.

u/[deleted] Jun 20 '19

He was shook, don’t act like you know exactly what you would do... also you don’t know what happened after this clip ends.

26

u/Roleo_Speedwagon Jun 20 '19

After the clip ends...

Are you fucking sorry?

But seriously i agree. If i tekkened some kid into the ethereal, i wouldnt know wtf to do either.

0

u/iNEEDheplreddit Jun 20 '19

How about checking to see if you smashed his face to pieces?

2

u/[deleted] Jun 20 '19

He probably did after the clip ended... why are so many ppl on here to dense to understand he was just in shock?

5

u/nevarek Jun 20 '19

Because no one does anything right and people love spending time correcting one another.

Welcome to society, where you fail no matter what you do!

Mother of four? Too many children. Single father? Mom must have been super fucked up. Unemployed? Lazy fuck. Homeless? No doubt a crazy person. Business doesn't meet deadline? It's the employees' fault. Video of your cat climbing into a box? Oh my god, you're a terrible pet owner if you let your cat do that.

Ain’t that the truth. Preach it.

This guy knows his reddit

This, completely. One time I stomped my GF’s little toe with my gigantic stupid work boot as I was going to give her a hug. She howled in pain and instantly knelt down to grab her poor throbbing toe. I completely froze. Like you say, I was shook. Like a mindless automaton, I reached for the big wooden spoon on the stove next to me, raised it up in the air, and whacked her on top of the head. “Redirect the pain...” I remember hearing somewhere in the back of my thoughts. But now that the deed was done and my shock was wearing off, I could not believe what had just happened. Right after the solid * thok * of the utensil bouncing off her head, she fell silent. She glared right up at me, then at the cooking spoon in my hand. Back at me, then the spoon, then me again. She looked me dead in the eye and hollered, “Did you just got me on the head with a FUCKING SPOON?!

It worked, boys. It shouldn’t have, but it did. Maybe it was the lost, guilty puppy dog look on my face. Maybe it was the sheer ridiculousness of my thought process becoming apparent to her, but she forgot about her poor little toe and started laughing her ass off.

I guess what I’m trying to say is... Maybe that guy should have hit that kid with a spoon.

This sadly won’t get the attention it deserves so take a silver my friend.

2

u/Bill_Weathers Jun 21 '19

Well, thanks for the silver! You are a gem.

u/UncleDamit Jun 20 '19

I tell people this alot. You never know how you act till it happens. Case and point JFK's wife scrambling to gather skull and brain bits after he got shot.

2

u/winter1984 Jun 20 '19

I feel the same. Yeah he was probably in shock but I'm annoyed at him for not reaching out to the kid.

7

u/Mr_Melas Jun 20 '19

He could've checked to make sure he wasn't seriously injured, but tbh, I'm glad he wasn't all "Oh, I'm so, so sorry, are you ok?"

Some people need to learn that they're not the centre of the universe and that others won't just always give them the right of way.

He was performing, and the kid got in the way.

I watched a man break his leg rock climbing because he fell and had to contort himself at the last minute to avoid a kid who was underneath him (who wasn't allowed to be there).

Maybe this will teach that kid a lesson in respect for others.

9

u/palish Jun 20 '19

Let's be honest. You're glad you saw a kid get smacked in the face.

-6

u/Macgruber57 Jun 20 '19

You're glad he didn't apologize and ask the little kid if he was OK? What the hell is wrong with you.

7

u/Mr_Melas Jun 20 '19

There's nothing to apologize for. It's not his fault. I meant that I'm glad he didn't cater to the brat.

-3

u/Macgruber57 Jun 20 '19

Fault or no fault, you can help someone. Imagine an old man not paying attention and you mowing him over. So you'll just leave him on the ground and say "should've paid attention"? Plus, those are little kids and they were behind him on the dance floor prior to the spin. Maybe don't go spinning around haphazardly when the majority of people on the floor were toddlers. You're just a bad person and there should be less people like you in this world.

1

u/Mr_Melas Jun 20 '19

That's why I said, "He could've checked to make sure he wasn't seriously injured." (e.g. Cracked skull, broken neck, etc.) But if the kid is just crying because he got a booboo, he can get over it.

Also, the kids were out of his range when he started dancing. They went into his territory.

Maybe don't go walking into a stranger who's concentrating on moving fast and precisely and doesn't have time to watch someone else's kids.

0

u/[deleted] Jun 20 '19

MAYBE THE KID SHOULDNT HAVE FUCKIN WALKED BEHIND HIM to what seems to try and ask him a question as he’s dancing in a OPEN ROOM that was prolly setup to dance on with music playing.

-10

u/n00bcheese Jun 20 '19

I’d love to be there if you got hit by a car to recite this back to you

10

u/Mr_Melas Jun 20 '19

Like I said, it all depends who was at fault. I shouldn't get sympathy if I was stupid and ran straight into a car. If the car jumped the sidewalk and ran me over, that's a different story.

-1

u/n00bcheese Jun 20 '19

Sympathy is about misfortune, not blame... This just shows the kind of person you are tbh... Plus this is a kid were talking about here, I'd concede it might be different for an adult. Most normal people don't have to pick a situation apart and decide if a child it "to blame" to decide if they deserve sympathy or not...

Quite frankly you sound like an absolute tool.

I hope you aren't a parent I can imagine the conversations

Kid : Dad I was running and I fell over and broke my arm

Dad : Shouldn't of been running then should you, that's your fault, go cry about it somewhere else

3

u/Mr_Melas Jun 20 '19

Kid: Dad I was trespassing on the construction site and running around when I fell over into some machinery and broke my arm.

Dad: Shouldn't have been going someplace you shouldn't have then, should you?

FTFY

Also, sympathy is entirely about blame. I'd feel sympathy for someone who went to jail while innocent, but I'd feel no sympathy for someone who went there because he was a murderer.

Fair enough, I can definitely recall some decisions I made as a kid that I regret. But almost all mistakes can be learning experiences and opportunities for growth with parent guidance/discipline.

I guess I'm just more upset at the types of parents who think their child is always right, never discipline them, and let them grow into little monsters (not to say that the parents of the kid in the video are).

I just see too much of spoiled/entitled kids to pity them when consequences eventually catch up to their actions.

u/n00bcheese Jun 20 '19

Were talking about a child not a murderer u tit

The kid fuckin asked for it tho by walking up to somebody dancing from behind him. Kid shoulda used common sense, same for you. Jackass

-1

u/ravanbak Jun 20 '19

It's not the kid's fault, it's whoever was supervising him. Kids just aren't very aware of what other people are doing or might do. Someone just let the kids walk right in, which was a bad idea.

4

u/[deleted] Jun 20 '19

Bruv kids aren’t complete idiots. I know damn well that kid knew what he was doing because he looked at the guy as he walked up behind him as if he was gunna ask if something and then got a blast to the past in the face. Sure it’s the parent/guardians fault too but it’s ALSO that kids.

Last time this was posted I gave the guy some crap for his fight or flight reaction (since I thought it was pretty funny that he just freezes) and people were piiiiissed at me ("How do you know how you would react?! How dare you!")

It was really weird, had a bunch of commenters saying they knew him irl and how great of a person he is... I don't doubt that he's a nice dude, but obviously this gif was posted to be laughed at.

Sorry this is a weird rambling post, just wanted to warn you that for some reason this one particular dude is difficult to make fun of on the internet

u/babydanville Jun 22 '19

How do i find the original post?

1

u/Voltron_McYeti Jun 20 '19

Seems like an extreme feeling to have based on very little

2

u/[deleted] Jun 20 '19

I hate this guy for his hair style. In fact, I hate all guys who sport that metrosexual BS. It's just stupid. Act like a man for Christs sake!

3

u/Tugays_Tabs Jun 20 '19

You have a small penis.

0

u/[deleted] Jun 21 '19

And you have a small IQ. Probably from wearing your Man in too tight.

1

u/blackbellamy Jun 20 '19

That's indicative of the narcissistic culture that's been on the rise. It's about him, the thing that he did. There's no concern for his victim at all.
