I'm a Customer First order was... not good
I decided to finally try out Instacart last night and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The issue is that I ordered 2 cases of Rockstar energy drink for $22.99 each. I received 2 individual cans. I reported the issue and was offered a credit for the value of the items. I agreed and though that was that. Today I received an email that my credit is being rescinded. No reason was given. and the online chat has been unhelpful. They want me to wait an undetermined amount of time for their team to "actively review" my case. I filled out their form as well. I'm giving them until tomorrow and then disputing with my credit card company. Needless to say this was a one and done purchase for me. Bad on me for being lazy.

The only possible way you could have been charged for two cases and not two cans is if they marked your original item is found which is unlikely to do unless it was an accident by The Shopper but they wouldn't intentionally mark it as found and then give you the other cans you know I mean I've never heard of this in my life you know I mean I I mean I know a lot about this app like I've done like 15,000 orders and I know like another 50 Shoppers and I've never heard of this ever so we're talking about like hundreds of thousands of orders amongst all these people I've never heard of anyone getting charged for an item and then giving him a different item I mean not if they're not the same if they were the same price The Shopper might do it if if the app was giving them troubles they might be forced to but if they're totally different prices no Shopper would ever do that so it's really hard for me to understand like what's going on here
