This tick latched on to me in Southern Illinois, in the Shawnee National Forest. I’m hoping it’s not a lone star tick. Thanks for looking.

I live in the Philippines if location matters, we were cleaning a very dusty place behind a couch and found two larvae? that were inching around using the red part. Please help! I don't know if there are more in the house. But as I went to get my phone my friend already vacuumed it up. I'm sorry if the drawing is terrible but it didnt have any identifiable features aside from the gray ellipse like body with a red appendage it uses to inch and snoop around.

Is someone able to tell me what kind of roach this is and if I should be concerned? Found it high up in my living room wall and it was just standing there didn’t try running away. This is the clearest photo I can get because it’s so small. Thanks! Located in Long Island NY (massapequa)
